We were recommended to Miami Valley Roofing from one of fiancee's co-workers. I gave them a call, Anthony came out and inspected the roof and verified the storm damage it had recently received. He helped contact and setup a claim through insurance. He came out to be here when the inspector was here. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly. On the day his crew was scheduled to be out. They showed up bright early and began the tear off. They had tarps around the house and throughout the yard to keep everything protected. They finished up around 5pm. The new roof looks so nice. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend using Miami Valley Roofing if you're in search of a Roofing company to use.

I was lucky enough to work with Zack on picking out both the best roofing and siding for my house. He was always available for any ideas or minor issues and all was taken care of efficiently. Working with Diego, the head of the team who actually did the work, was amazing. He was meticulous and took pride in the work. The house feels more solid and looks fabulous. I can’t begin to describe how well my experience with Miami Valley Roofing was. From the initial inspection to the installation their response to any concern was immediate and stellar. I am an insurance professional and understand the ins and outs of a claim. Casey Orth was my Project Manager and he was immediately responsive to every concern. I started getting door to door soliciting from storm damage roof replacement companies, so I finally decided to look into costs. I went to a couple of companies and I ended up going with Miami Valley because of a referral from multiple folks in our neighborhood. I’m so happy we avoided the solicitors because these folks did the right things across the board.Casey came out and gave us the run down on my options, what I would owe, and answered any question we thought of to include the fine print ( I like to read it all). He was there with our insurance adjuster and despite the slow pace of our insurance response, he was there doing what he could and reminding me to ask them for what’s taking them longer than the his past experiences.Install day was here and they started right on time. They had the original roof almost completely torn off in an hour starting around 615am. We took our dogs for a walk around 7 and got a look at how tear off was going. Our entire house was surrounded by tarps protecting our landscaping and outdoor furniture. I watched for a bit but had to leave for work.My wife was home and saw them going around the house with magnets a few times to make sure there were as few nails possible. If you’ve been through these roof replacements before you know it’s impossible to get everything but the level of care and cleanup in the end was amazing compared to our last experience. We really needed that to make sure our dogs and children aren’t stepping on nails in the yard. Again, in my lap around my house I have picked up one nail, and it was because it fell under our garage door. In comparison I picked up hundreds from our last roof repair. Yes you read that right, hundreds…When I returned they were wrapping up around 415. The roof looked amazing. They even painted roof features to match the roof and I’m just overall so impressed.I still am going through settling the insurance claim and paying the remaining balance. It hasn’t rained or gotten windy yet but I have no doubt these folks will take care of any issues if they do arise. Recommending them to others without a doubt!*** Update ~2 months after new roofAfter some very heavy rainfalls we had a few nails wash up out of our gutters. Like I said before, it’s impossible to get them all. The nail count is still less than 10 for certain which is amazing from my perspective. I had one follow on request from Casey that looked like a gutter either came loose or was moved and not put back on the backyard. He came out and took care of it as soon as he had a job in my area. These folks are great!

Casey Orf from MVR was amazing! He helped me get all new siding covered through my insurance after some storm damage happened. He really took the time to walk me through the process and was quick to answer any questions I had regarding next steps. The crew was fast and efficient and had everything cleaned up within a day. From the first day Stevan knocked on my door we became more than just customer and sales agent. He showed me the shingles that had fallen off my roof. He quickly began discussing the process step by step with me to file an insurance claim. My local agent was somewhat resistant to file this claim. Stevan and another co worker called my insurance company and the next thing that I knew I was getting a new roof. During the tear off and installation of my new roof Stevan never left the property. Our roof was in sad shape. The representative from MVRR was quick to respond to our call, setting up the inspection, and preparing the estimate. Once the job was approved, they were out here in no time. The roofing team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and did an OUTSTANDING job. The cleanup was so good you couldn't tell they were here. I appreciate his honest and the integrity of this company for not pushing a claim on my insurance. He said he will give a free yearly inspection to make sure my roof is up to par. Later, I learned that it is rated as A+ with the BBB. Listed in Angie's List. You can find them on Facebook. Very quick to respond when I called.The entire process was simply amazing. The contact over the phone was friendly and seemed very honest upfront. The manager came to our home and explained steps from beginning to end. Once I got in contact with my insurance, he helped with the phone call, which made it so easy.The team that did the actual work arrived early in the morning, and before dark, all was done. Full roof replacement in one day. I was so happy to see that there was no mess afterward. Found no nails anywhere.Post repair walk through was simple and straightforward. The manager was very helpful in closing. I highly recommend anyone to choose Maimi Valley Roofing and Restoration. High-quality materials, workmanship, and service. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Our sales representative Aaron was fantastic and really went the distance for us , he continued working with the insurance company even when they seemed to be trying to avoid resolving the claim. Aaron also stayed in contact with us making sure that the temporary repairs stayed in place through some very heavy wind conditions. When the time came for the replacement, everything was on time and prompt, the crew showed up in the morning, covered things up to protect them and did a fantastic job cleaning up when finished. They completed the job by 5:00 that day and our roof looks fantastic

These guys have been amazing to work with from the start (helping assist with talking through Insurance process) and additional advice throughout roof replacement. They noticed my chimney was in really bad shape and removed the once poorly repaired, now- non-functional remainder. Very thorough in the cleanup process and ensuring the install is done right, to last years to come. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff.
