Had my roof damaged by a storm about a month ago. Called RTM Roofs and Ryan came over and tarped it. Since then, he has been SUPER helpful! All I had to do was pick the new shingles out, work with my insurance, and then say "go!" Supplies arrived a couple days ago and he got my house scheduled. This morning his team arrived at 7:30am. By 7:45, all I could do was stand back and watch in amazement! These guys completely removed the old roof, removed box vents (rear of the house), updated the underlayment to meet current code, installed ridge venting, all new metal trim around the edges, and put down the new shingles. 2100 sq-ft house, 2 car attached garage, and they were gone in under 7.5hrs! GONE...as in cleaned up EVERYTHING, ran magnets over the yard and flower beds, and not a single piece of old shingles anywhere! Heck, even the dump truck driver put a piece of cardboard under the truck to catch any oil that might drip. Their attention to detail is impressive, to say the least!HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! As for my supervising dog...not so much recommended, I caught her sleeping on the job. 😆

We can't recommend RTM Roofs enough. Ryan is just a good guy and runs a great business. He takes pride in his work, and his workers are fast, professional and good. Ryan came out promptly to check on the roof, and was knowledgeable about the steps that needed to take place with our insurance. Even with it being busy season, the turn around time from the initial assessment and the new roof being put on was impressive. I love supporting local businesses, because you know you can trust them. Called and they came out within a few days to give estimate. Had to work through waiting on insurance and was very patient. Once approved, picked a color and roof is done. Even had to replace all the plywood on our unattached garage and still lower than competitors in price. Very professional even taking care to move my hanging baskets. Covered all plants and windows while working and cleaned everything up when finished. Ryan was very friendly and professional making sure everything was done right. RTM repaired some flashing damage on my mom's house. I was referred to them by a friend who uses them. This was a pretty small job versus a whole roof reinstall. RTM did great work - very trustworthy. They did the repair without attempting to get me to replace the entire roof (which is what I have seen other roofers do.). The work was very well done with pictures sent of what they found. They did the repair right - taking off the defective areas and replacing them versus just dumping tar and hoping. Great communication and I was given a good idea of the general condition of the roof. Fair price. I cannot say enough that I would trust them with any roofing repair. And someday when I have a big job to be done - they will be first on the list to call.Also - when you use a local contractor like Ryan, you are actually dealing with the person that does the work. Too many of these home repair businesses are just trying to contract the work to others and take a cut. RTM is the real deal.Service: Roof repair

Wow! Ryan, the owner of RTM was great. From beginning to end, he handled my entire roofing and interior claim. He was in constant communication, services were completed within 1 week, his crew started early and needed late and kept a clean job site, and his pricing was fair and straight forward. I needed a roof repair for a leak and I saw their crew doing work on a house in the neighborhood. The crew chief gave me the owner’s card who I called and set an appointment.
