My name is Earl McCune and I’m sorry the only Google email I have is my home business email. Last year (2023) we took some storm damage to our roof. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they claimed the damage was just wear and tear and didn’t want to pay for any damages. I hired a roofing company called Panda Roof and they said the damage was definitely not wear and tear and they said they partner with Keathley Claims Consultants and they will deal with my insurance. Ryan and I stayed in touch throughout the whole process and after a bunch of back and forth with the insurance, Ryan got the insurance to pay for a brand new roof. I have had an exceptionally bad experience with Keithley Claims Consultants. I will never recommend them to anyone. They intentionally defrauded and extorted money from my friend. As of yet, October 5th, 2023, they have not given her any indication of an invoice. They are a terrible representative of Panda Roof, a separatecompany, who they contract with, to defraud people of their money and time.
