Stidham's installed this roof in 2016. Since I bought the property in 2018, they don't believe they need to abide by any warranties. Unfortunately, they did crappy work and didn't seal properly to prevent leaks. Fun fact... none of the local metal roofing companies in the area will do repairs on a roof that's less that 8 years if they didn't install it and Stidham's doesn't consider a roof leak to be an emergency. The previous owner gave me the information for the company, recommended that they would be upstanding. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. They've been nothing but defensive, rude, and unhelpful. They are ONLY interested in taking care of themselves. Walk away, and find a better company. You're welcome.
