I ordered some soffit and trim metal materials from Apollo, when my contractor went to pick up the material he waited for 45 minutes to load the material, the person who helped him was walking all over the material and gave it to him with no box. After finally getting help with the material load and transporting it over 45 minutes away, my contractor got set up and began to install it, after some time he realized that the soffit channel (which he already installed) that was provided was the incorrect size. It had to be removed. The soffit was also scratched and damaged, so fast forward to an entire day for three people wasted it had to be returned and started over the following day. Most of these things may seem like honest mistakes and could be attributed to staff who are poorly trained. Naturally, I called to speak to someone in management to let them know, they were busy so I left my information. I never received a call back, I have been in the trades for 23 years and this place is just a mess from start to finish. Will not call them again, I will call ABC next time.This is building supply, not rocket science.

Apollo Supply was exceedingly helpful from the time I called to the time I stopped by the sales floor. The gentleman answering the phone immediately knew they had the particular piece of siding I needed. After a week of headaches and hours spent at the three big box stores in our area, these guys were shockingly knowledgeable, helpful and knew their inventory! The gentlemen outside at the loading dock even gave me some pointers on the project and showed me the particular tool he suggested. I will definitely use them for any other larger building supply items I'm going to need.

My husband deals with this company to buy his supplies. They are knowledgeable about their products. They are always accommodating, well stocked and go above and beyond to help you grow business. An example- they will go out to your customers and do window measurements on large jobs, or small, if need be! Their prices are constantly as good or lower than competitors, the employees are helpful, and returns are usually ok'd. What more can you ask for in a supplier?
