The crew of three were on time for my insulation application. I was informed as to the progress of the installation and what exactly was being done and why. The team was polite and professional as they accomplished all steps of the process. I had a small area of leaves on the roof that I was not able to remove for the workers safety and the men cleared the small area for me. Everyone was very knowledgeable in the processes involved. I was briefed at the end of the installation about curing time. They did was through walk-through before and after the job to check for electric outlet operation and to be sure that there weren’t any crevices found that allowed insulation to come in house. Completely satisfied.

I would say this was the biggest waste of money we have spent to date on our house. Was told that our back room was a perfect candidate for the spray in insulation and that we would see HUGE savings on our heating/cooling bills. The insulation did not help one bite and the day after the install they told us they could only do 2 of the 3 walls and only gave us back 10% of the overall cost of the project when in fact that wall was 33% of the overall project. I called and requested someone to come out and look into it and they never came or called back. They will gladly take your money, good luck getting them back.

We went with USA Insulation on the recommendation of neighbors who had insulation installed and the good reviews. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and respectful.We found something that was supposed to be done during the install, was not completed, and after contacting USA Insulation, they came out and resolved the issue. I also had them check other items that were to be completed and that was resolved also.Be sure to get pictures of all the work being done.As with any contractor, research what work needs to be done, ensure you understand the work to be done, and include all work you want done in the contract.

I feel like I was given a fair and even excellent quote. USA insulation was our 3rd quote. We decided to use this company because of the product presentation.The workmen came to do the foam insulation on time. They were very efficient, and friendly. Everything was put back as it was found. Some repairs to the gutters (missing screws….) were done by the foreman.The insulation was blown into the attic with no muss or fuss. My husband was very pleased all around. When I came home my husband gave me a very extensive tour of the job. I even looked in the attic (a first for me) there was also a repair made to my drier vent that vents out the attic.We are very please and expect many warm and cool temps in the house.Thank you for the great job.

Frank is the best of the best!! He listens to the customer, is thorough and knowledgeable!! I hired USA Insulation a few months ago and was happy with their spray foam insulation in my basement. Now I decided to have a lot more done this time encompassing the attics, exterior walls, and garage!! Fantastic work and customer service!! Don’t go anywhere else…these guys know their stuff!!

From Donny coming out and explaining the process (exactly how it went by the way)…to the crews (all employees of USA Insulation Cleveland…no contractors)…the crews were phenomenal! Contentious, meticulous, and courteous. We had walls with zero insulation (house built in 1960) and nothing in the attic. They went about their work both outside and inside and were done in less than half a day.Our furnace was running with few minutes off when it was below 40 degrees outside and the colder it was outside…the higher the thermostat got. Just in the two days since insulation installed…it’s cycling off and on with at least 10-15 minutes in between.I feel pretty good about the results already. They took really good care of us and they’ll take really good care of you too….just like Jeff Phelps says on the radio!

Everything was done very professionally. Most of the gentleman here were nice and courteous. Clean up was good as it was a little messy.Only complaint, and it may be petty on my part, the job Forman wasn't very friendly. Never said thank you after we signed off on the job and never shook my hand. The rest of the crew came up to us and thanked us.A bit disappointing.

My house is 100 years old. It has always been cold. They insulated the whole house. Was well worth it! My thermostat has been set at 68 even at the freeze we had so far this winter. Had then install Baffles in my attic for air flow. Great work!

We had our whole house insulated earlier this week. I was informed during our initial consultation that we should expect multiple crews working simultaneously to get our attic completed and walls spray foamed. I was sent reminders via email and voicemail multiple times throughout the week prior. On the day of my installation, Brad introduced himself as the job lead and gave me a rundown of what I should expect during the job. We did a quick walk through to make sure everything was accessible. I have nothing but great things to say about my interaction. Everything from the initial email response and phone call from my quote inquiry. To the in-home consultation and pricing interaction. Everyone was friendly and worked to make sure I was satisfied. Then comes the 6 guys; Brad, Santino, Damian, Chris, Brian, and Justin, who actually did the installations. They finished far more efficiently than I could have imagined, but don't mistake efficiency for poor workmanship. As that was furththest from the truth. Their attention to detail and experience allowed for a painless experience.These guys were patient with me as I meandered from workstation to workstation, asking questions along the way. They made sure to leave the spaces they worked in cleaner than when they arrived. I have very much appreciated my experience and interaction.

The workers that came to our insulation in our daughter's house were wonderful. They explained ahead of.time.what they planned to do. They showed us things they did as they worked. They were conscious about keeping everything clean as they went along. When they were finished , they went back over the whole house to make sure everything was done properly. Expectations mostly met.Met: The sales person was on time and provided good information. He explained all the work that would be done to insulate our attic. The installers were on time and were polite and professional. After the first snowfall I do not see any melting on the roof where we previously had ice dams. Using an IR temperature gun I have found no significant cold spots on our ceilings.Somewhat met: The sales rep indicated that soffit baffles would be installed where needed. I don’t know if they were needed but I didn’t see any on the truck or being taken to the attic and I don’t see any in the parts of the attic visible to me.Not met: We have heating and cooling ductwork in the attic which the sales person said would be completely covered with blown in insulation. I do see sections that remain exposed.

USA Insulation used sub contractors that had no clue what the job was when they arrived due to poor communication. They were supposed to clean out all the old insulation (which we paid extra for) and take it away. A lot of the areas are not the thickness that was promised or have holes where there is NO insulation. We shouldn't have to buy cans of spray foam to fill in their missed spots for the price we paid. The window they used to run the hose in for the spray insulation is scraped up down to bare metal. Very disappointed and would never recommend to anyone.

My experience with USA Insulation was absolutely fantastic - it couldn’t have been better! I had my entire house insulated and they did a great job all in one day. It was a downpour of rain the whole day on top of it, but they still finished and did a wonderful job. Very nice, personable employees as well.I also had to hold off on a section of my house to be insulated as some repairs had to be done first. Once fixed, USA insulation came out and filled the section in without any trouble!I’d 100% recommend using them for your insulation.
