Russ came out from start to finish he was the one that did the estimate and the install he also recommended what was best that suit our family. Had a water softener by Sterling installed .Everything went smooth. Would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. But what made it great the most was the technician. He had a great personality and very open and communicates . The products are just a small portion of a company, but great technicians like him are what makes it a great company. thank you very much to the team !

We had Seiter do an HVAC inspection on our newly purchased rental property. Their inspection was thorough and suggestions were made about potential issues that could occur. I would like to commend Chris L for a job well done on the installation of my new water heater. The physical location is in a service closet area also housing the heat pump with humidifier, providing very little work space. Installation required removing a door and disassembling the humidifier connection before changing out the water heater. His work was efficient, he informed me where the controls were and how to operate them in an emergency. Chris also provided plumbing service several weeks ago for a clogged sink, again displaying his knowledge and going the extra mile with advice on proper maintenance. I highly recommend Chris and Seiter Services for your plumbing needs.

Had a failure of my heating/AC unit about two weeks ago. Was forced to have an entire new unit installed. The installation went fast and was done very quickly by a father/son team and they were outstanding. Hats off to Seiter and their amazing installation team.

Our 1 year old furnace suddenly had a blower motor failure. Chris was there at the end of the day and took the time to collect my model / serial number to get the correct part ordered.They had their technician Mark out the next day even with a full schedule. We were back to normal within 24 hours and they clearly explained the warranty process.Great local business that truly cares about their customers. Thank you!

Seiter replaced an ancient underground furnace that heats our guest apartment. It turned out to be a somewhat complicated job, but Hank & the techs, Jim & Josh, were friendly & incredibly flexible. They did a fantastic job working with us & coming up with a solution that got the job done well. I can't recommend them enough!

Called Seiter to have the water heater replaced. Chris L. was professional, on time, and tolerant of the fact that I have a very steep driveway. Poor guy had to haul up two different water heaters because the first one had a defect., that he didn't find until it was installed! The service has always been top notch!! Installers, Bobby and Tom were polite, knowledgeable and neat about job site. Hank came back to our home to check install and answer any questions we may had. Called about my water heater. They asked zero questions about my unit. Tech came out the next day and was told it was obvious I needed a new tank due to tell tail signs (That I could have been told about over the phone.) and he won't even touch it. Charged me $110 for a 60 sec visit. Thanks!

I have a boiler furnace.It went off in 10 degreeweather. I called SeitersThey said it would cost$199 to have someoneto come out. When he got here he couldn'tfind the problem . He said he doesn't usually work on boilers but he had callto get help over the phone. That did not help. The next day I got a call from Seiterssaying they wouldorder the parts if Iwould agree to a$1000.00 charge to fix my furnace. I said "no"and asked them " How do you know what partsto order when theservice person doesn'tknow what is wrong with the furnace."????I got my furnace fixedelsewhere.It needed a Thermocpouple which you should have had on hand. A $30. part !!!So had I paid you$1000 + $199 for theService call , I wouldhave overpaid youquite a lot of money !!Not a business I can trust anymore.The $199 for theService call should be refunded as they didnot send a personqualified to do the job.He ,I'm sure would have done a good jobIn his regular trainingarea. But they gottheir $199.He shouldn'thave been sent out toa job he wasn' tprepared for. He triedvery hard and apologized for notgetting it fixed. Verynice young man !(I was without heat4 days. Had I waitedon Seiters it wouldhave been 8 or more days,)

5 stars for Technicians, 1 star for Office staff = 3 stars.Mark is an amazing technician who has taken care of my furnace for 11 years (even when they were Southtown). Always professional and friendly, taking the time to explain what is being done and how to treat the furnace properly to avoid any issues. He and his brethren are the only reason I will stay with this service provider. The technicians are the ones keeping me and mine safe from carbon monoxide (oil furnace) and cool in the summer. Bad office staff can be overcome, but they better treat their technicians well.Short version: Serious integrity problems and business management in office/schedulers and possibly logistics management on parts. Bailed on my appt 10 minutes prior with a provably false excuse (said they didn't have a part that I literally have in hand and then claimed no technician). Denied "any connection with the person who gave that reason" despite the fact I hit redial literally 2 mins after the call (1150hrs & 1152hrs) and got that person. Only minor saving grace is after called out they "reshuffled appts" and got me on Mark's schedule...whom I was told my appt was with when I made the appt the week prior. They claim they will take my concerns to Chris (owner?), but as I no longer trust the office staff's word, I will post here for visibility of issues.Long version: Received 2 voicemails and a text message asking me to schedule my service (have service contract). Text message said they had techs in the area next day and they wanted to do my maintenance. I set up appointment for a week later (Fri to Fri - needed time to get off work). I was very clear the appt needed to be with Mark or Jacob (oil furnace trained techs) and was told the appt was with Mark as he had the availability that day. They made a morning appt, then switched it in the same call to afternoon (didn't want the tech to get dirty, even though they regularly made them first thing in the AM previously) and gave me 4 hour afternoon window (1200-1600hrs). So, had to take off full day of work to wait. At 1150hrs they call and say they are cancelling since "your nozzles haven't come in". Except, I have the new nozzle here waiting for them. I call back the same number at 1152hrs and they then tell me they have no technician. So, they wait until right before the window, make me take off work, and lied about the reason. Thing is the lie makes them look incompetent too, as why would *you* be calling *me* asking me to set up an appt for a furnace and asking if I can have them come next day if you don't have the needed parts on hand? You know my furnace - I have a contract and you regularly service it. Additionally, once they finally got me back on the schedule, it was with the technician I was told my appt was with when I made the appt. Also, they claimed no connection with the original caller who stated the issue was a lack of nozzle, despite the use of redial and them being the only one who answered that line.
