Marisa was at our house to get an estimate done within an hour of our first call. Our siding finally got repaired and our roof replaced. Tim kept us informed every step of the way. We love our roof.

T&M exceeded our expectations at every point of service. After our first contact by phone, we received an immediate in-person response. T&M’s salesperson was at our home within 24 hrs. We received an inspection of our roof, with estimates for shingled roof and for metal roof that were lower than all other estimates we received, with a much quicker response time. The salesperson informed us of a rhino-coated metal roof possibility, and told us of a nearby home that they had just completed installing a rhino-coated roof that we could view. We loved the look and the extended rhino warranty, so we selected a black rhino-coated roof for our home (see attached photos), and we are totally pleased with the result. The roof crew arrived at our home, and we loved that they worked in teams. They were very careful with our property and flower beds. They were very respectful, and would occasionally update us about their work. The only break they took was for a lunch break. They were very careful with nails that were removed. An employee even showed up after our roof was finished, to scout for any remaining debris or nails using a magnetic tool. Our final payment was for the exact amount quoted at the beginning of our engagement with T&M Roofing. BONUSES: The owners are a female owned company, and the owner’s daughter works on the crew team. What a great crew! Friendly, courteous...got right to it and worked quickly and efficiently. Worked through a couple issues and kept me informed of what they were doing all along the way. Cleaned up everything when they were done. Dave stopped by the next day to check on it, my satisfaction, and do a paint touch up under one eave. The results are amazing! Several neighbors stopped by to say "what a great job" and also comment on how quiet the crew was and impressed how completely they cleaned up. I can't thank them enough for taking that leaking, fiberglass ugly porch roof, and turning it into such a beautiful work of art!Service: Roof installation

I didn't have this company do anything for me thank goodness..but I was a neighbor of someone who used them..The employees were rude..the boss turned around n my driveway & spun holes in my driveway..then his employees were going to with a long truck & trailer & had to run out & make sure they didn't because they would've pushed my car into my garage...squaled their tires after I told them they couldn't turn rnd n my driveway..then drove really fast back past my house.there is a turn around right down the rd..no backing jus go right around..guess it's faster to tear people's property up...They took a few days to get the job done..brought their kids to help them..mostly to sit n vehicle til they needed them to fetch something..I didn't have a problem with it..jus not professional...left the dumpster n the guys driveway for days after they were done with the job...I will let u know how their work holds up...very unprofessional! Only gave a 1 star cause it made me give at least one b4 I could post it...

Can’t say enough good about the service we received from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional, prompt and friendly. The timelines for this project was just perfect. They gave us a date and they showed up early and worked all day!! Job was completed in a day!! We had a few issues when it came to the shingle colors not being available due to COVID but we were given at her options and it was done. The only Dude in the house!

Back last November a wind storm came through and ripped off a section of singles and after months of going through referrals trying to find someone to come out and at least getting me a quote I just Googled and found T&M. They came out quickly and the price for repair was very reasonable. When they actually came out to do the repair they had found a whole other section of the roof had blown off. They came out again and met with my insurance to try and replace the whole roof but unfortunately the insurance wasn’t willing to do that. I decided to just have them quote to replace the whole thing instead of having a patched up roof and felt the price was again very reasonable so had T&M replace the whole thing. They did it in a very timely matter considering it was the busiest time of the year and the weather was nasty putting them behind schedule. Overall very pleased with this company and all the effort and hard work put in to get me a new roof that I at least shouldn’t have to worry about for the next 10 years.

I want to thank T&M Roofing & Sheet Metal for the beautiful job they did on my house, garage, and shed. I LOVE IT!I chose T&M Roofing because:1. The company is woman owned & operated.2. It is a local company.3. The screws they use cover the rubber grommet extending it's life.4. The 10 year workmanship & 40 year paint warranties.5. I could get it textured so it was less shiny.6. They came in at a fair price.7. The color I wanted was energy star rated.8. The salesman was ecologically & earth minded.The salesman & foreman both kept me in the loop at all times. If something needed addressed (i.e. timeframe, ice guards), they did not leave me hanging. They were always up front. They did a great job of cleaning up after each day, as well. I have animals & they made a conscious effort to make sure they stayed safe from scraps & screws. They could have been a little more gentle on my landscaping but the moment I addressed it, it was instantly no longer a worry.The work crew were great. They worked incredibly hard & worked well as a team. They even had fun! When they were having trouble with my shed, they literally took it off & did it again so it was right. Kudos!The crew, foreman, & salesman were all exemplary. They went over & above my expectations. I would recommend T&M Roofing & Sheet Metal to anyone, anytime. They did a great job & I am thrilled!
