I called this company for a quote on our Living Room Ceiling and our Ceiling going down the steps. Johnny gave my husband the quote and we hired them to do the work. We are beyond Happy and Thankful for these guys! They are friendly professionals and made my ceilings look new! They are also HONEST, which is rare these days. On the day my husband got the quote, he went ahead and paid Johnny to do the job, which I did not know. My husband went to work, and then Johnny had to leave for a moment. His wife also did not know that my husband already paid him for the job, so I paid his wife for the painting. My husband called and I told him I payed her and he said I already paid, so I quickly called Johnny, and he called his wife to bring back the money that I had given her, because it was paid in full! We will always call these guys for any and all future paintings, and recommend them to anyone who needs work done! Anyway, This family is wonderful, and I can’t Thank them enough!

These guys replaced some old fiberboard walls with drywall in a walk-in closet. It was dirty, dusty work. They were extremely conscientious about containing the dirt and dust and keeping it away from the rest of the house. We were very satisfied with their work.Service: Drywall installation

Absolutely the best! I have a lot of work that needs to be done to our home after the storm on May 3rd. Others came out would give a quote and never provided estimates in writing. Then you couldn’t reach them.Johnny came out the same day I called. Got me a quote to send to insurance company in a timely manner.They started the work as soon as we got the first insurance payment. Johnny kept me informed every step of the way. Eric and Johnny cleaned up every day and left things better then when they started the day. I was so impressed that they will continue to do the rest of the repairs that need to be done. And any jobs in the future.Great job guys!!!

Jenny, Johnny, Nick and his best friend, Jonah are one of a kind! They turned my new house into a home in less than a week. Several of my rooms needed painted, touch ups needed to be done, repairs to the deck and window screen were necessary, transition strip on carpet was fixed, and new caulking on woodwork and shower was completed. You name it, they worked together and made it 1000% better. I thought these fixes would take me months, but I found this company and its great reviews on Google, and I wasn’t disappointed at all! If you want quality results at an all-time affordable price, use Toombs immediately. You get a contractors discount on paint from Sherwin Williams from Johnny (the main guy you’ll talk to), and it really comes in handy when you’re buying as much paint, stain, primer and supplies as I did. I love this group of people a lot, and I’m confident you will too! My only regret is that I didn’t do before and after pictures. We had various small animals rip out and destroy the heating ducts under our home (four vents). He and his son came out and put metal ductwork up instead of the standard fiberglass wrapped stuff that was torn out. We now have heat in that area of our home again.There was great communication between us. He sent me a text to let me know he was behind on another job and showed up on time the next the day. He completed the job in a couple of hours and at an extremely reasonable price.He's reasonably price, prompt, communicates well, and does excellent work. I have other projects that I will be contacting him about. Hire him....I wasn't disappointed.

Unfortunately Johnny was hired to do some work for a family member and his crew that had a little to no experience came in and made a mess of the walls and broke items. They also dropped paint brushes on the floor and then used them to paint the walls without cleaning them or getting new ones. When Johnny was able to be here he did a good job. His son and Jonah laid laminate flooring which was good but when they did the crown molding it was extremely messed up so hundreds of dollars were wasted. They also Wasted paint by painting rooms wrong colors. Some of the crew was caught smoking in the house which we don't do. They cost us more money by having to hire a new contractor and wasting material that was already purchased by us not them! Would absolutely not hire these jokers for anything! They are very unprofessional to say the least! Everything that comes out of their mouth is a lie. They were never on time, always left the house a mess. Tried to take things They DID NOT PAY FOR and did not have any proof of what they tried to take! The only decent person was Johnny. They wasted material we purchased and blamed us for their screw ups. Had to pay someone else to come fix what they messed which costs more money! Furniture was ruined by paint being spilt on it. If they were the only ppl available to do a job I'd hire my 3 years old nephew and he would do a better job then these ppl! Jonny and his crew worked in a timely manner. He replaced the sub-floor in our bathroom from a previous owner's leak, laid down new sub-floor and flooring, installed new toilet. Repaired drywall in our basement. They all were very friendly and courteous, cleaned up after. I Highly recommend his company and we WILL be using him again.
