I could not be happier with my experience with Pierman Foundation Repair. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!From the moment I requested a quote, all the way through, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The explained every step, answered all of my questions (and more), and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.They added 7 piers under my slab foundation and raised my house probably about an inch and a half. Where my walls had dropped and separated from the ceiling, they were fully raised and the gaps were closed; all of the cracks that were on the walls were also closed; my closet doors, which before were not even able to close, now close with ease; the frames around the windows and front door, which once had gaps, are now back in place; and, they even went the extra mile and straightened my front door (from where it was hung crooked) and now it opens, closes and locks as it should.They were here and gone within 5 and 1/2 hours and left my front yard as if they had never been there.If you need foundation work, I can say with confidence that they are well worth the call. At least give them a chance to come and look at your project, and I think you will find, as I did, that they are consummate professionals and extremely competitive.These are just a few of the pics that I took that day...

Steven Robertson is a professional who takes great care in his work to ensure his customers are always satisfied.Mr. Robertson came out to my property twice over a 12 month period to check my foundation, assess and give advice. He never once tried to sell me a service that wasn't needed.In comparison, I had another foundation company assess and tell me I needed numerous piers on the west side of my foundation that would cost me over $15,000.Pierman is reputable company because the owner, Steven Robertson, is a man of integrity and provides superior service.I'd recommend Pierman Foundation Repair to anyone who needs repairs on a faulty or damaged foundation. These guys will rip you off!! Keep your eyes open! Bad work and way over priced!! They took advantage and when I crawled under the house to look for myself I found bad work. Called them and was dismissed saying they honored the $8,000 contract. SHAME ON THEM!

I bought an old house and can see it had foundation issues, especially around the deck, where the water damage is. I was assured the outside joist would be removed and replaced. After the foundation work was completed, I had someone doing other work on the house and they noticed rotten wood still under the house. I called Pierman, spoke to Chase with the expectation someone would check out my complaint. I have talked to Chase but no one has yet to come to the house to inspect the work. Very disappointed, frustrated with their work.

These guys were awesome. Better than I thought. To the crew to eddy to Tim and chase and Steve we wanna say thank you for everything. The crew that came out were very knowledgeable at what they were doing and what they needed from me was explained and I was kept informed of all the steps and it was better than I ever thought and so relieved to see the house back to how it used to be. They did a complete lift on a concrete foundation that seemed like it was going all different directions and they put it back to perfect. Chase answered all questions after the fact and Tim and eddy and Steve all genuinely wanted to help us and they delivered. I would definitely recommend this company for all your foundation needs. Hardest working crew in the business. I recommend that you ONLY use this company for all your foundation repairs. Theses guys are top notch starting with Chase and Eddie all way to Julio and his guys doing all the physical hard work. Very professional, answered every question in detail, took great pictures and videos throughout the process and satisfied our every need during the repair. I have utilized the PierMan company several times. The first time I had a 15 year old home that was slipping off its piers. PierMan came out and drove new piers which re-leveled the home and saved it from falling down. Then they will come out if I have any future issues and correct them, for free! I had them come out two more times for a new mobile home and a barn to stop any future settling issues, again with the same lifetime guarantee. I have been thoroughly and completely satisfied with the services the PierMan company provided. Every time I call they take the time to ensure I fully understand all procedures and costs that are associated with whatever project I have.I will continue to call PierMan first for any future projects that come up, to include a French Drain system I am planning.

Been fighting for 2 years for them to honor the $20,000 they took from our family. They stopped coming out to our house and quit returning our calls. After reaching out to them to finish our home that is sinking, we were told they would not finish the work and a Steve told us to just sue them. After another company came out they estimated damage that PierMan caused our home so now we have to pay someone else to fix our home. Beware!!! Do not use!! Find an honest company.

I have a 92 year old house and they did the foundation work and leveling in February 2022. It is now June 1st and it did exactly what they said it would do. It took time to level itself from YEARS of being bowed. I am very pleased with the results. They were reliable, reasonably priced, and politely explained what they were doing and why. These guys truelly got one over on me. Had over 10k in work done to the house in agreement that there jacks have a life time warranty. When they did the job i was at work. Needless to sy in the last year my house is in worst shape then when they started. I had them come out and they blamed it on water from my gutters. They agreed to come fix it saying he was a man of his word on the phone. He also sayed he would come out and do some other stuff for a extra 5k. When i sayed to fix the old work first before we spend some more money i got a email saying they wont come out. Sence i have had another company come look at it and they tell me what they are wanting to do for the 5k doesn't even make sence. All the issue is wear they supposedly put the jacks. Be very cautious if using this company. They will lie. Overcharge and take advantage.
