But, he was very up front about that, clearly explained to me some of the details, and gave me the name of a good masonry repair person in town. I had my roof placed today on a vacant property and I could not even tell they had been there. Everything was cleaned up like they weren't even there. Just like they said. They were fast too. Due to COVID-19, not only did Solid Roofing do their normal job, they also quoted the whole insurance claim (lightning strike/hail damage inside and out) since insurance company was not allowing adjusters to be out. Workmanship was excellent, efficient, and all crews cleaned up after themselves. We really appreciate that they even painted the vents on the roof to match. Jon Sharpton was available to answer questions anytime I had them and very easy to work with. I fully recommend them if you need anything roofing or construction related.

Jonathan Sharpton has always been my go to for repairs, inspections, and now help with my hail damage. He made the entire hail insurance claim the easiest I’ve ever had. It really does pay to do your research when looking for a reliable contractor when it comes to upgrades or repairs to your home. There are several good roofing contractors in the Bartlesville area, but studying the reviews are key when it comes to deciding on which contractor best fits what you are looking for besides a job well done...When it came down to making an informed decision, the positive reviews written about Solid Roofing and of Jon Sharpton were the two most important factors for me. I do not believe I could have made any better of a choice in so many ways...First off, my homeowner’s insurance company contacted me - after having a third-party property consultant perform an exterior inspection of our home - to let me know that my 20-year-old roof needed repair or replacement before the underwriter would renew my policy due to "severe granular loss" on my asphalt shingle roof. I was advised by the contact from the agency that it would probably be in my best interest to find a roofing contractor to get an idea whether my roof could be repaired or needed replacement and to have the work completed before my policy was to come up for renewal. I contacted “Solid Roofing”, and this is where Jon came in…Jon Sharpton contacted me the following day to make an appointment to come out and inspect our roof. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time, grabbed his ladder, and began a very thorough inspection of the roof, taking photos and notes. What Jon found was not so much “severe granular loss”, but rather “significant hail related” damage. I had no idea. Up to this point I was already resigned to the fact that whatever Jon’s inspection and the estimated cost to repair or replace my roof was eventually all coming out of my pocket. Jon suggested that I contact my insurance company and submit a claim based on what he had found…To make a short story even shorter – our insurance company arranged to have a third-party adjuster scheduled within a week on a Monday and Jon offered his support to be on-site while the adjuster performed his inspection - which he did. Within a matter of a couple of days - on Wednesday, I had an estimate from the insurance company that covered the loss of not only the roof and vents, but also the damaged guttering. Jon immediately went to work to schedule the delivery of materials on Friday and have a roofing crew on site the following day (Saturday) and in less than eight hours we had a new roof installed. All the work was expertly completed, and my wife and I could not be happier with the result…Granted – this may not be the typical experience where everything just fell into place in a matter of a few days, but in this case, Jon’s experience, and ability to bring all the elements together in such a short amount of time really did pay off. My wife and I are forever grateful to Jon for all his conscientious efforts that turned an expensive situation for us around and managed a new roof for just the cost of our insurance deductible…Jon Sharpton of Solid Roofing is in my humble opinion – the best in the business “hands down” and I highly recommend him for your roofing needs…Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof installation

We had an issue with our chimney/roof leaking, wasn't sure what or where the problem was originating. Gave these guys a call and same day came to our home, got on our roof with a hose and found the problem! What was most impressive was their honesty. They could have told us we had to replace all our flashing around the chimney but they were honest and told us to go to Lowes and buy a $6 tube of silicone and showed us what to do. Would definitely use them again if need in the future!

Called the number provided on google and got a voicemail for a John, and I left a message. Got a call back 30 minutes later from a Flavio (apologies if misspelled) and he stated John passed along my info about my need for attic roof ventilation. Called Solid Roofing Bartlesville in the morning and by 1pm same day Jon Sharpton had notified me he was on his way. He reviewed our home inspection report for required repairs. He was able to find all their concerns and repair them while here. He explained what was needed and showed me the areas from the ground before and after he was finished.

The service was above any of the 5 companies I called they. Had incredible insurance knowledge and were able to replace my roof at no cost to me and upgraded my shingles for free!! Ryan Loudermilk and solid will have my buisness from now one 2 of the other companies showed up to look at my roof 2 weeks after I called solid had already meet with my and insurance company and completed it !!

I called and left a message in the morning. Jon called me to let me know he would drop by on the way home. Called me 15 mins before to let me know he was on his way. Checked out the vents and said that the leak was almost assuredly was that the seals around them was almost gone. Took 15 mins and failed them and charged me $50. Said there was some hail damage to the vent pipes but nothing concerning and some minor cosmetic damage to tiles. He said not worth the deductible but call him back after a few more major hail storms and he would recheck it. Honest and responsive, something that is hard to find anymore.
