We had Chad Taylor out this afternoon to look at possibly replacing our 8 year old roof after discovering a leak. Chad shot me straight. He was completely honest woth me about my options, he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need and helped me find a sensible solution to my problem.I'm in sales myself and I was so impressed with Chad's professionalism, attention to my needs, his honesty and more than anything, I was impressed by the way he spoke about what he does for a living. I could tell that it's more than just a paycheck for Chad. I believe he genuinely likes helping people and that is so stikin refreshing in this current world where everyone seems to be trying to take advantage of everyone else.So, no. I didn't actually buy a new roof from Chad today but I can tell you right now that when I do, Chad Taylor will get my business!

We were hit pretty hard by the hail storm on 9/23/23 in Henryetta, OK. It has been a nightmare dealing with insurance and even understanding what exactly insurance covers and how it is covered. Chad Taylor has been amazing in helping us navigate through insurance an, so repair. We haven’t started any repairs yet, I will update once that is complete. But if you’re looking for contractors that are knowledgeable, patient, and professional, Restoration Builders, specifically Chad Taylor, are who I would recommend. From the first contact I had with Chad Taylor I felt like our disaster situation had some hope left in it! Chad came to the house and assessed our situation and carefully discussed the details of what our roof was going to need . He was extremely knowledgeable about his products and actually I felt like I understood the whole process of replacing our roof. I had spoken with other companies and even received a visit with a quote from another roofing company ; however we were discouraged about the whole thing. Chad Taylor was amazing! I had a branch fall on my roof and was sure it was coming through. I called around and Chad was the only one who answered the phone! I told him my fears, and he responded immediately. By dinner, the branch was cut up and stacked neatly on my wood rack and my shingles were repaired by the next day. CHAD is the only person I will ever refer my family and friends to. He came out after the storms and gave me the most honest recommendation I have ever received! He checked my roof and told me I didnt have to replace it immediately and gave me the reasons why, and then told me what I needed to keep an eye on for the future! I knew about Chad and when the storm hit I called him to take a look at my house. He said everything was OK except a piece of siding that was missing. He referred me to a professional company to get the siding I needed. Chad was so awesome and so professional.

After signing the contract the crew showed up the next morning. I had painting done, facia boards replaced, and a shed rebuilt. There was never any downtime throughout the project. It was a very well coordinated and smooth process. Big shout out to Brandon Alt for putting it all together so quickly and staying in touch with me.My next project will be the kitchen. HANDS DOWN the best experience I could ever have hoped for considering my parents have dimentia and I work a full time job with a crazy schedule. I called to speak with someone about my parents house significantly settling in a short period of time (since when do doors not open overnight?) and after crying to Chad Taylor on the phone for probably a good half hour he offered to come see for himself what I was trying to explain. PEOPLE. WHEN I SAY HE IS A GOD SEND. I mean it. He was so nice, and made us all laugh and smile. He was so patient with my parents and didn't mind repeating himself over and over AND OVER so they felt included. I can not begin to explain how nice it was to be treated like old friends and family even when discussing business. He made sure to explain everything to us that was needed, explain why it happened, and offer more than one solution to the problem. Brandon Alt was so helpful and fought for us with our insurance. He gave us everything we needed to know to talk to our insurance company. Everyone that we had to deal with, from the first phone call to the workers on the roof, were courteous and FAST and professional! They had our roof done in 2 days and it was big, but it was a top quality job!! I was also impressed with how they didn’t leave not one nail behind on the ground. Roofscapes did an amazing job replacing our roof. They are a platinum certified company by Owens Corning which only applies to 1% of all roofing companies. That is a certification that is not easily obtained and part of what led us to use them. Roofing is an expensive necessity as a Homeowner so you want a company that is knowledgeable and stands behind their work while using quality products. Their work crew showed up on time and was very efficient with their work; they worked non-stop except for a short lunch break and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service and overseeing of the job. They were here both days checking work and progress and communicating with us which was greatly appreciated. They do not charge you to come look at your roof and give estimate like some other companies in Tulsa. We got excellent shingles and workmanship thanks to Roofscapes. They also upgraded our roof vents at no cost to us (without us even asking) and they look much nicer as well.Thank you. It was a pleasure working with you!

Donnie Corn was marvelous. He was very professional. Honest, on time, his word was gold. When the roof was going on he stopped by to check on me, many times. It was very much appreciated. We are a retired couple and we were lucky to find this exceptional and people oriented young manMiguel. The work they completed for us was outstanding. He inspected our roof and he gave us some good news on our roof. We have a few more years with it. Miguel did not take advantage of our age and situation. He gave us his card and we will definitely call him when we are in need. He even wrote our name and personal information on his calendar so he would be able to contact in a couple of years. The team at Roofscapes was extremely professional, from the CEO to the construction crew. They provided regular updates on timing of the project and kept me informed along the way. Their team exceeded my expectations on performance. In Tulsa, we had an early snowstorm and the Roofscapes team only missed one day because of the storm - they showed up the next day and removed shingles with snow still dusting the roof. My neighbor used a different roofing company and I did not see them for 4 days after the storm. They finished ahead of schedule, on budget, and it looks fantastic. Also, I highly recommend the Ironstone product, it looks fantastic and is extremely durable. Great work!

Roofscapes was great to work with. They were fairly priced and worked with us on our insurance. We had a storm in our area and I know they were busy but they got ours done quicker then they thought for which we were grateful. During the process we were asked on several occasions if we had any water leaks,which we did not, but we were told to call if anything changed and they would be out to take care of that. I would work with Roofscapes again if the need ever arises since they did a great job. The men who worked for them did a professional job and cleaned up everything when they were done.
