As I pointed out at the window this is improperly installed around the window the vinyl will not secure to the starter piece because the piece is nailed at a bow in the middle which I attempted to point out. There are pieces coming loose in the wind due to improper nailing and overlapping length of vinyl. Caulk is not going to work window. Warranty of labor is warranty of labor and being the new owner I believe you were aware of that before a second visit was made to the property. I'm sure the $9,500 charged the previous owner was something factored into sale price.......we could not come to agreement because you refused
