Guys came out at 7:30pm to fix our heater. The employees were very polite and respectful. Took him no time to get the problem addressed. If you live in area of Pawnee and Osage county, or surrounding areas, I recommend this business to take care of any problems with your heating and cooling needs!Hands down the best HVAC service around these days.

Shaun and his team was very professional from start to finish. During our seasonal servicing they found that we had a unit not working. He gave us multiple options and price points. Once we chose our desired unit Shauns team got us on the schedule in a timely manner. During the tear out they tarped off all our equipment and furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. They were courteous of our business hours and were prompt to start the day and worked a full day getting as much done as possible to limit their need to there extra days when not needed. We will definitely use him again. The Chapman team arrived on time for a spring checkup of our A/C. They completely disassembled the cage around the compressor and cleared all the leaves and dirt that had accumulated from last year. They replaced our filters and checked the inside unit for any problems too. Our unit runs like it’s new again. Shaun is attentive to the details which make your project a success within your budget. He advocates repairing equipment rather than replacement. I still chose replacement, and he offered to put my old unit in my shop! Both systems are major upgrades to both buildings. He's also just a great guy to work with. This is the 3rd HVAC system I've bought over the last 30 years (2 houses) and I'd recommend Shaun Chapman HVAC hands down!

I called Chapman HVAC to evaluate my ancient and non-working HVAC system. He gave me a lesson on how HVAC works (I grew up in the north so this is not something I ever had to deal with.) He also told me the part that was broken and the model and serial number, incase I wanted to research and find a replacement myself. He didn’t push to sell me a new unit, instead we asked what our options are, since money is tight in this economy. He gave us our options and forever won our customer loyalty by simply being an honest businessman. Those are rare and I’ve had enough dealings with Mr. Chapman himself to know how he handles business.
