Kirby and his team provided us the perfect area to lounge under our new pergola! Their work was beautiful and timely. Kirby even came back and made decorative cuts to the back of the pergola when a gutter issue arose. The fact that they mill their own wood is a clear advantage. The ability to choose if you want some “live edges” on the beams makes each pergola unique. The rich variations of color from the Oklahoma Cedars create beauty that is unsurpassed. Kirby and his wife Morgan were great to work with! They were very determined to make us happy, which was a refreshing experience. They gave us great choices and helpful suggestions in the planning stages, then went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Kirby problem solved several difficult challenges with no trouble and constantly checked with us during the building phase to see if we were pleased with all the results. We are so excited about our finished project - it turned out better than we dreamed!!! We are so glad we chose Next Level Pergolas!

I’m not typically one to write reviews, and I hate that I have to write this one but I want to make everyone aware of the potential issues if you have problems with your pergola and need repairs after it’s been built.I will say they did a great job building our pergola. We did have issues with one post “bleeding” stain. We reached out and asked if they might know what could cause that in hopes we could find a way to fix it, but we received no reply. It’s still an issue but we decided to live with it. Then within the first year, a hail storm hit and our pergola roof was damaged causing leaks in two locations. We reached out several times asking for a repair since they warranty the polycarbonate roof for 20 years (shown on our invoice).We messaged them in July and after sending photos of the damage they told us they would contact the poly company and have some more shipped in to fix. After not hearing back, we messaged again and were told we’d get a date on when they can come. After never getting a date, we messaged again and were told things were moving slow which we understood. FINALLY after a couple more months of hearing nothing we reached out to see if they could just deliver two panels that we could install ourselves. We still have not heard anything. We decided to call the poly company they use and asked about the 20 year warranty and to our surprise were told that the type of polycarbonate that was used on our pergola was not warrantied.Kirby is a great carpenter, but the customer service we are (or actually aren’t) receiving is disappointing.

They won’t come out and do repairs as promised. They promised me for the last 5 months they they will be out. They even give days they are coming, but every time it’s a no show no call. Now their is no communication at all. They said they are too busy. They put up post filled with glue and sawdust to fill the bad spots. That’s what you get for $20,000. One post is so bad you can put half of your hand through it.No one threatened you Kirby.. No one cussed you. Your lack of doing the right thing has you in hot water, yet you threaten me with harassment!!!! Hahaha. You still haven’t came out and repaired your screw ups. I like how you mix glue and sawdust to try and fill in the holes in the wood. Wow.

Made an appointment and never called and never showed up. Never responded. Very unprofessional.Reply to owner’s comment below:Kirby, we all have a job to do. I, for one, when I say I will see you Friday at 4:00 pm, I will be there. You never showed up, hence my comment on wasting my time and if you wanted the job or not. You’re the one that rescheduled to Friday and NEVER showed up or called me to let me know you wouldn’t make it. If you’re too busy, just say so and I’ll move on to the next. It’s laughable for you to say you fired me as a customer for not being patient. Own up to your mistake and move on. You and I both know I’m right. I waited an hour and a half past the scheduled time for you to show up that Friday and you never did.
