I want to tell you about John and their team. They're not your regular company; they're good people. John is great at explaining policy details. He took the time to make sure me and my wife understood everything. He also helped us find out some bad things a past contractor did. Our roof was leaking because the last contractor didn't do a good job. We didn't even know about some parts of our policy. These people are amazing. It's a familyowned business. I really recommend this team. If you need help with your policy or just good advice, give John and the crew a call. They made a big difference for us. By the way, I also love his son's truck, an old red ford. American by birth. Union 'til I die. Hits a chord.

We needed our roof replaced, after having John out to patch the roof a couple years ago I felt confident in going with Z Construction to handle the whole roof replacement. The whole crew went above and beyond to make our roof and upstairs windows safe, sealed, and secure! Edited to add updateWhen John and his son came out, he went into detail with the products they would use and even said he could get me an itemized bid for the job. There was never any discussion about only working on bigger jobs and I was told that they would get back with me and they failed to do so. This wasn't going to be a $200 job, there was going to be gutter work and soffit work using higher quality materials. Saying that you don't work on small projects and that you explained that to me is untrue because I was told I would get an itemized bid. I give honest reviews based off of my experience so that others can make their own judgement. You can look up those reviews all you want but they are 100 percent honest.Several months ago I called Z Construction to come out and look at some bad soffits. The owner and his son came out and looked at them and couple of other things that needed to be fixed. They said they would get me a bid and get back with me. I never heard back. I would not recommend this company. I ended up having someone else do the repairs. After the same issue with multiple roofing company's I have come to find out they don't want to take care of the smaller jobs, so I wouldn't recommend using them for the big ones either.

Z Construction did an outstanding job on my roof install. I originally went with a cheaper quote ..and that was a big mistake...the other company subbed out the work to an in-experienced crew....my roof leaked which in turned created interior damage. Z Construction took on a huge complicated job that another company turned down. Not only did they replace the roof but they fixed the infrastructure of the roof to make the house safe again. This company also does a great job of methodically doing sections at time to ensure your home is not left exposed to the elements. Oh, and they also do a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess each day.
