I got relocated suddenly for work and had to move out quickly. They took full advantage of the situation. They changed the locks 10 days before the end of the month (2 days after I moved out, didn’t even give my family time to finish cleaning), and they made me pay for 20 days of the next month due to their rule of 30 days notice. Their reasoning was that I had the utilities turned off, which wasn’t true. Both companies were called and verified that they were both still in my name. Then, they would not give us a call back to get the rest of my property that was locked in MY house. I’ll never use this company again. Extremely unprofessional.
