Kambridge Blake recently replaced my roof due to hail damage this summer. Cortlend and his team have been communicative, responsive and extremely professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and has handled all the legwork regarding my insurance claim including communication with my insurance company, inspections and was able to obtain additional funds after the initial inspection by my insurance company. All I had to do was file my insurance claim! Through their assistance I was able to not only replace my roof, but also repaint the entire exterior of my home and replace some broken windows and damaged facia as well with no additional out of pocket expense. We had roof damage from the recent high winds in Lubbock. The owner Cortlend came out same day and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof. He also made sure that I fully understood my options not only with repair or replacement but with insurance. Kambridge Blake was super quick to get my house on the schedule and was able to complete the repairs within 3 days of coming out. Since we were out of town during the repairs, Cortlend went out of his way texting me updates and letting me know when the work was complete.
