Being new to town we didn't know where to turn. Our general contractor knew Rob and his team at Accurate Roof Systems and recommended we give them a call. Again, we were brand new to town and knew absolutely no one. Rob and his team came out and compassionately explained what was wrong and how we needed to move forward. This was an all out of pocket expense and Rob worked with us all he could to make it manageable. I was worried about the hail storm that came through but I put it off and didn’t call insurance. After a couple months Larry Hughes stopped by my house and offered a free inspection. He then showed me pictures of the damages and insisted I get it repaired even if I didn’t choose him.We moved forward with the claim and he helped with the process even after I had been denied.
