Store was great and all employees except Jason are great. I use too love coming to this store and that guy Jason makes you not even want to come in the front door. He's very rude and talks to everyone like they don't know anything without ever helping the problem you have. The place was good but they need to get rid of that guy or put him away from customers. I have heard tons of complaints about him. Rest of employees are wonderful.

I come here every chance I can. Staff are just amazing! They always make you feel welcomed and are very knowledgeable. The store is always well stocked. I would be lost without this store in my community!

They are extremely friendly here, and I would rate it 5 stars, but I ended up having to manually fix a key they tried to copy for me. When it didn’t fit, they blamed the key, but it was pretty obvious that one side of the key wasn’t completely finished. A while and some diamond chisels later and I have a working key, I even did the second one I was going to have them do. Maybe I should be thankful I found out a new skill, but still, a planned afternoon had to be changed. I will gladly still go there, I’ll just be a little more watchful if i have a key made.

This location offers a good variety of hardware options. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They explain was the best value is but also let you know what the best product is for the project you may be shopping for. Their prices are very comparable to competitors with out having to deal with large amounts of people and long lines at check out. Definitely will guve them more of my business.

What a wonderful nice employee that I dealt with. He was just exceptionally nice! For no reason other than it's another wonderful day, and he was just a wonderful person that you meet in your day to day! Very cool! I visited 12/05/18 in the early morn, and so Wow!

The store itself is fine and selection is good however the last couple times I've come in there I was hounded by an employee named Jason in specific multiple times asking me if I needed anything, he followed us throughout the store and made us feel uncomfortable. There is customer service and then there's stalking. One how may I help you is enough.
