Made the mistake of paying final payment in full on a building on a personal promise from the company owners. They installed 3 garage doors and all were messed up beyond repair. Two of these doors had Liftmaster openers. After weeks of lies of when they could not find their garage door guy and missed scheduled appointments (I was promised by owners when I wrote check that whatever they needed to do Next Day they would take care of it), I had to pay a professional company to come out and fix. All 3 doors were so badly installed they will never work with openers. I am now left with the option of buying new doors or eating the expensive openers. The company that fixed this mess said that they would be happy to go to court with me to sue them as he was amazed at the incompetence and lack of support in addressing the issues. I won't get into all the other problems and broken promises from this firm.
