Frank Wilmon of Red Oak Home Exteriors offered that his company would be willing to build a sunroom for us when I mentioned we were thinking of it. When we compared his estimate with two others, we saw that it wasn't the cheapest but it was the one with the most seamless integration into our house. While this company hasn't built a sunroom, Frank had the services of experts in building sunrooms and we went with them. We made some requests to improve the load paths in the sunroom and add tempered glass windows. They incorporated our requests and also added details that went above our contract. Months later, the sunroom they built exceeded all of our expectations. I would definitely hire them again.
