We recently engaged Service Solutions for a pressing plumbing issue in our newly purchased home. Despite their initial responsiveness, our experience took a turn for the worse due to their handling of our situation.The plumber, Travis, had to remove our toilet to address the problem, promising to return in a few days to complete the job. Based on his advice, we vacated our home to avoid using water, which was highly inconvenient. Despite confirming Travis's return, he was delayed due to another emergency, and subsequent communications revealed a lack of urgency and professionalism on their part.Moreover, when I informed them that our home inspector would cover the expenses due to an oversight on their inspection, the company’s demeanor changed. The president, Terry Jurgensmeyer, indicated that our job was deprioritized because of third-party payment involvement. His response was both rude and unprofessional, emphasizing payment over service delivery, even though we were assured of no issues with such arrangements beforehand.Our situation worsened with the toilet left uninstalled, leading to sewage damage and ruined vinyl flooring. The lack of communication and disregard for our plight, especially under challenging weather conditions that further delayed repairs, was unacceptable.Given the lack of professionalism, compassion, and responsibility from Service Solutions, I cannot recommend their services. This experience has not only caused us significant inconvenience and damage to our property but also highlighted the company's poor handling of customer service and project commitments.

Service Solutions Toby Fry and crew power washed all the exterior of our house, as well as, a metal storage building and the carport and driveway. The first impression was outstanding because they answered the phone and came when they said they would. The second impression was also outstanding because they were thorough in their work, not quitting until all the surfaces were cleaned. We have been discussing house siding for three years now. We have called a couple 800 numbers from advertisements and were not happy with the representatives that contacted us. We started talking with Toby Fry with Service Solutions and felt very comfortable! Toby listened to our situation and concerns. Putting new siding and guttering on our house was a big decision for us and things had to be right. We requested the opportunity to look at 3 or 4 siding jobs that had been completed. I wanted to talk to these home owners and learn about their experience. Toby set up the arrangements and we went to look at 8 different homes. My wife and I were able to openly ask questions and visit with these people as we looked at the craftsmanship of the completed job. When our project started, Toby came by every couple days to make sure things were going well and communicate with us. Joe and the siding crew were very professional and easy to work with. They updated some lighting and communicated with us throughout the project. This company is top notch. From the moment I contacted the Sales Professional Toby Fry until the completion of all my projects everything was very professional. I had the roof on my house power washed and also had all new gutters installed with gutter guards and everything looked very nice. I can honestly say if you have a service that needs done they will have a Solution. I highly recommend this company to any Commercial Business or any Residential owner that might need something done. Early last Saturday morning we awoke to find that our Water Heater had gone out. I called Service Solution's (24/7) hot line and had a call back almost immediately. Their repairman (Thanks Roy!!) was at our house almost before I put the phone down. He completed the replacement before noon. If you need help with any type of maintenance or home upgrades call Service Solutions. These guys are good! Their name is a perfect description for them. Greetings ,This email is to demonstrate and express how very satisfied and impressed we are by the performance and customer service of Service Solutions Inc.Service solutions has earned our continued trust and return business from this point on for any issue regarding our home or property. This company has demonstrated expert knowledge, professionalism, and excellent punctuality.We have needed urgent help with our house 4 times in the last 3 1/2 weeks , three times for a plumber, and once for an electrician. (Each for a different emergency) . Every time Service solutions has came almost immediately and had the problem fixed basically the same day .The work they have performed was replacing leaking water tank , twice fixed busted copper lines that I broke myself , repaired rusted cast iron drain pipe, and inspected and corrected issues in our electrical panel.Our very first experience with service solutions, they beat the first bid of another company by $300 !!! Not to mention that other company showed up 8hrs late and didn’t even attempt to do any work or earn our business . Since then Service Solutions has been our first call . The man who came out to do the repair arrived with in about 15 minutes after I called he was very polite, very nice, and had it fixed in no time.
