Very impressed with Gitte Bunting and her ability to work with us. She went WAY beyond what she needed to do to help us. She has checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. She has made calls to help us when we’ve had some small issues. What really sold us the house was that Gitte was there with every step of the way. I can’t say enough how much she helped.The house is great. Love the neighborhood. I wish there was more green space- that is the only complaint I have with the neighborhood.

Ive looked at other builders in my area and was very impressed with Home Creations which has gone above and beyond where other builders haven’t - so much so I purchased one of their lovely homes. Like with all new construction there will be little hiccups but over all I am very satisfied with my purchase. The overall buying process went smoothly. All issues were quickly addressed and taken care of. Home is lovely and very well built.David, the property manager, was great to work with!The only issue we had was with the lender. Do not use the wells fargo lender they provide. He is an embarrassment to lenders. He completely forgot about things constantly and required constant supervision.Save yourself the hassle and use one of their other lenders. I am a first time home buyer and I'm about to move into a newly built home. I must say, the experience throughout the process has been GREAT! I want to especially give Anna Adney a great review because she was always giving updates on the home's construction and was very professional the entire time. She wasn't pushy and responded to all of my questions in a timely and positive manner. I really appreciate her and the job she does! I would definitely recommend Home Creations to anyone. Home creations will not keep up it's common areas. Go look at what they have done to the Entryway at the Apple Villas on Broadway in Moore. It's ghetto and run down.

Just made it past 12 months so I can’t be threatened again. I’ll leave a short review. I will never buy another home creations home. We had 47 different warranty issues. Everything from incomplete construction to rooms that don’t heat and cool to frozen ranges in the winter to water leaking in the house during rain. The customer care manager is unprofessional (Jefte) he called me a liar said he was tired of going in circles wouldn’t return phone calls threatened to cancel my warranty. If I had a contractor come out and look at the work that he told me was normal but was clearly faulty. (They said they don’t do second opinions) he would void the warranty.We had issues that we pointed out on our final walk through before closing, they said tlit would be fixed on our 60 day. On our 60 day they said that they can’t fix those issues because they can’t determine if it was like that before we moved in.The price of our house changed 3 hours after we signed the contract. They cited a clause that they could change the price of the house.Lots of people in the neighborhood have had issues and everyone has had the same results. Just poor customer care. Over all they do not care about the buyers and their homes they are more worried making money.Edit: Home Creations reads these. They came to the house to discuss this review.

It just happened to be the point in time that I was trying to get it built and there were supply chain issues. We bought a Home Creations home for our first house and lived there for three years. The quality build for the price of the home was a great investment and wonderful choice as first-time home buyers. The home had everything we needed and appreciated significantly by the time we had to move because of the quality of the build and market demand for our size home. We moved due to location, but sold our house in a quick two weeks in early 2020. We are now in a different home, which we love, but the flaws of our new home make us realize the quality operation of Home Creations. I've known many friends and family to buy from Home Creations who also love their homes.Service: Design

We were threatened by the seller, our own realtor who we found out had connections with Home Creations, and our servicer that they would sue us if we backed out after the home did not appraise, despite us having an FHA loan that clearly states if the house did not appraise then we were no longer bound by the contract. They also lied to us about how much they cover in closing costs. DO NOT do business with Home Creations.

Update 8/2023 - everything was fixed right before our first year after leaving a poor review in BBB. Jeffte helped get everything going, and we appreciate him. If you have issues with your home that fall under warranty, be persistent to have them fixed.Don’t expect any warranty requests to be fulfilled, period. We have a hole in our garage wall that we’ve been trying to fix for 6 months, as well as other things on our punch list not taken care of and we’ve been ignored time and time again by their customer service. Build quality is mediocre, customer service is embarrassingly poor. 0/10, will never choose Home Creations again.

We loved our Home Creations home. We were very happy with the value of the home compared to comps and felt that it was built much better than many others we looked at. We lived there for almost 4 years and never had any serious issues. When we sold it, nothing came up on the inspection report. Great home for us as first-time home buyers!

Warning you are buying a product by an unlicensed sales team who pays a 3% listing fee to a broker you will never see. This broker hides behind an LLC. The builder, Home Creations is an Iranian Owned /JYM INVESTMENTS dba Home Creations. Their in house contracts disclaim any and all responsibilities of the builder and sales person and broker, also an LLC. By using the Home Creations contract, you are signing away everything and they even have you sign a mediation agreement. PLEASE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE, STAY AWAY!

Home Creations is a great builder that takes care of their customers. They build an excellent product for the price range and put extra safety and energy features in that you can't even see but they are there improving the quality. My daughter and my assistant both bought new homes from Home Creations and have been very pleased after several years of ownership. I am in the real estate industry and I have observed Home Creations customer service for many customers for over 10 years. They always are thinking of their clients happiness, even after the sale.

I got an email asking me to do a google review so here I am. This is by far one of the worst home builders. I’ve constantly had issues with my home. When I first moved in it took almost a month for them to fix a major plumbing issue that made my home unlivable for weeks. Then four months to fix my yard. I just had my 11 month warranty walk through where I was told that 99% of my issues weren’t going to be fixed. Tim, was condescending and rude. I have outlets that weren’t installed correctly and don’t work, drainage issues on the side of my house, A/C issues, concrete crumbling and cracking around my foundation, lights that don’t work, two cracked tiles, etc. The list literally goes on and on. For my AC, Tim told me that when I move to a different room that I need to close my AC vents for it to cool off the room that I’m in. So I guess I need to add a ladder as a decoration in my living room so that when I go to another room I can close the living room vent?! Luckily I have home security that caught some of our interaction on camera. They don’t respond to emails and they literally give an excuse as to why something can’t be fixed. Our whole neighborhood has had issues getting things fixed. Some neighbors didn’t even get their warranty’s done and if they did things never got fixed. If the things we ask for don’t get fixed, we have no other options but to hire attorneys. I highly do NOT recommend a Home Creations home.Service: Home building

Mike Sloan was an excellent salesperson to work with as we set up the purchase of our home. He genuinely seemed interested in what we wanted and needed in a home and took the time to show us a home similar to the one we are building that was 25 minutes away so we could get a better idea of what it looks like when done. He was kind, punctual and fun to be around. 10/10 would recommend him as a salesperson and so far Home Creations seems like a solid company with a great product. We just bought our new home in December, with the assistance of Brittany Yerby. She was amazing showing us models and helping us figure out which home would best fit our family needs. We loved the homes so much we even talked my mother in buying a new home also! We have had a pleasant experience with everything so far. Only a few issues with the new home but that is expected . Thank you so much Brittany you were/are amazing and Home Creations too!1 1/2 year update. Still dealing with issues on getting things fixed. The area manager who handles them is so bad. He lies and never shows or does what he says unless we hound him. Flooding on property, crack in ceiling now our a/c is broken and the company fixing it said its home creations using wrong things should have used copper and used bad pipes. Just horrible customer service.

Moved into my house 7 months ago and still have items on the closing checklist that have not been completed. I have had a leak on the ceiling that has caused mold to grow and still can’t get some one from home creations to look at it or even call me back. I was told I would be contacted in 3-4 days regarding my issues but it has been 3 weeks and still have not heard anything. They are very nice when buying the house but once you move in and have to deal with the customer service you can count on having a poor experience.

We have lived in our home, built by Home Creations, for one year. We were first attracted by the design of the homes. When we met with our Sales Consultant, Dayliene, she educated us on all of the upgrades, safety features and energy efficient measures that the builder includes in each home. We are extremely happy with the craftsmanship and the warranty provided on our home. They are quick to correct any problems and are very responsive to our questions. Everyone we have worked with has been very professional. Added bonus, we have wonderful neighbors!!!

Our entire experience buying a home through Home Creations was a great experience. Our sales agent Travis was wonderful and answered all of our (numerous) questions. The design center was a great experience getting to pick everything out. They have examples of pretty much everything, went over every detail, had floorplans to go over outlet/cable/internet locations, and could show us updates on the spot. As first time home buyers they lay out everything for you every step of the way. We have been in out home for over a year and we are very happy with it. We would not hesitate to buy another home from Home creations.
