I have used M&J Insulation for 3 new constructions builds over 10 years and I am blown away by the consistent high level of service they provide. I call Bart and he takes it from quote to install. I walked my new job this weekend and they hit all the small aspects perfectly. I was concerned about the eave ventilation and they already had me covered with rafter baffles everywhere. Thanks M&J!

I paid for 2 inches of closed cell spray foam over $6000. Worth and they shorted me and sprayed 1 inch guess they think I wasn’t going to notice, left messages with them no response yet, will definitely be taking them to court next if not contacted soon! Be wary!

Called to have some storm damaged gutter and downspouts replaced. Rep came out the next morning to write up my estimate. Received a call that afternoon with my pricing, scheduled the repair/replacement. Everything is perfect! Cost was very reasonable, service was fast and very professional.Great company!!!

The guy that came and gave me the quote was professional (thousands of dollars cheaper than I expected) the workers who did the install were professional. No complaints here. Thank you guys I came home today and could feel the difference.

Requested a quote by calling their office. Received a phone call from the salesman. He didn't even come to my home, rather he did the quote over the phone based on square footage and an estimated roof pitch (I don't know what my pitch is exactly). That was my first negative about M&J.I received a verbal estimate for a 2050sqft home with 3 car garage for over $8,000+ just to spray foam insulation. Additionally, the verbal quote added another $2,000+ for removing the existing blown in insulation. So, with M&J it would have been over $10K to have this service done.Received a quote from another company locally that had equal if not better reviews. Salesman actually set an appointment and visited my home. His estimate was delivered this morning. For spraying insulation it was $5,347 for the exact same coverage area.Told me they would suck out the existing insulation for $1.00 a sqft (so that's roughly $2050) but said it wasn't necessary - only an option. The salesman from M&J didn't imply that the removal of existing was "optional" rather it was a required task.In my opinion If you get a quote from this company I would get a few other bids before committing to purchasing M&J's service. You may find yourself saving a lot of money. It saved me an estimated $3,000.00

I called to schedule service for our fireplace on 10/28/19 The office lady said she would pass my number to one of their technicians to contact me to setup a time/date to come out I received a call back on 10/30/19 Paul our technician arrived 10/31/19 on time & was very courteous and friendly he explained each step that he was doing w/my husband and I..I would recommend M & J for all your fireplace needs they're reasonable priced as well.

Was treated in a very discourteous manner when I called them asking questions regarding increased carbon monoxide levels that were possibly being emitted from a gas fireplace unit that had been installed by their company when the house was built 2.5 years ago, causing the carbon monoxide alarms to go off in our home. Will never use this company again.
