They were a great company to work with, they understand the insurance business as well so they know how to get the client taken care of. And they were very patient while waiting for my insurance company to get them paid, which was an absolute circus. There were never any issues with communication and Andrew showed up when he said he would. My insurance over paid them by a significant amount of money and they’re honest enough to make the calls to make things right. Good people and a pleasure to work with

Palladium was recommended and so I contacted the Palladium office and requested they help my husband and I deal with the aftermath of a tornado.Andrew was thoughtful about our concerns and addressed them in a professional, educational, and friendly manner.Andrew took time after hours, on many occasions, to discuss our questions and needs. Andrew explained the process and made sure we understood the details of each step.My husband was home during the roofing process and said all the employees were extremely friendly. Absolutely fantastic people to work with. My insurance sent me a non-renewal notice due to how my roof looked in a couple photos I had sent when I first signed up with them, saying that I needed to replace the whole roof. I called Heath at Palladium to come out at take a look to see about replacing the roof on my own dime. Instead, he suggested I make a claim, and get the insurance's claims adjuster to look at the roof along with him. As he said, "Either the roof is fine, and they can't say it needs to be replaced, or it needs to be replaced, in which case I have a legitimate claim." Heath really went to bat for me and helped me get my insurance to renew my coverage. Everyone at this company is courteous and kind, and willing to help in any way they can.

I am extremely satisfied with Palladium Roofing. After my initial claim, my insurance said they would only cover a 3 ft square area on one slope. Andrew went back on the roof twice to review what the adjuster had marked. He took more pics and finally got the entire roof approved. I would have let it go if it hadn't been for him! From the moment I contacted Heath Clark at Palladium Roofing I was extremely happy with his response and professionalism. He immediately agreed to meet the Insurance adjuster and even set up the day and time to meet him.After it was determined that my roof was indeed totaled, Heath and I began to plan immediately the time and cost and he agreed to be the liaison between me and the Insurance company to make sure I got all the benefits that were due to us. some items the insurance company was reluctant to pay for saying it wasn’t part of the coverage. Heath and Palladium roofing constantly sent correspondence to the Insurance company and to me always keeping me in the loop to where things stood financially.Palladium roofing was there early in the morning of the day they said they would be there and worked until dark on the 2 days it took to replace our roof. It was expected to be a 3 or 4 day job and they completed it beautifully in 2 full days. Andrew and the crew at Palladium Roofing are fantastic. I have used them for an insurance claim and also a roof leak. Andrew and the crew handled my insurance claim from start to finish. It was by far the easiest claim I have ever done with insurance. They dealt the the insurance company from start to finish. All I had to do was file the claim and give them the claim number.On my second house there was a minor roof leak. They came out the very next day and made the repair. I didn't even have to be home!
