We live in Norman and were hit with a devastating hail storm in April, 2021. We were already satisfied customers of Permanent Roofing Systems, so we didn't hesitate to ask them to work with us again. When we'd first used PRS, we had a different mortgage company and insurance company. Turns out our new mortgage and insurance companies had things a little less "together" so it took an incredibly long time to get everyone on the same page and finally get PRS paid for their work.To say PRS (especially Jason and April) were incredible throughout the drawn-out process would be a huge understatement. These guys were consummate professionals who bent over backward to do the legwork and make sure we weren't taxed with the nightmare of hours worth of phone calls, document retrieval, etc. I can't thank them enough - from the bottom of my heart - for being so pleasant and personable and hard-working and genuine every step of the way. They made an incredibly stressful process so much more bearable. Oh...and our house looks amazing as well!Thanks, PRS!
