They showed up first thing in the morning and worked all day. Had to finish up the next morning. Crew was friendly and professional. Roof looks great! They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. My favorite people that I liked to work with for one was Rose🌹and her manager Carson who was patient with me and helped me tremendously ,also the roofers did a amazing job( noisy) but that’s to be expected . March 2022 - The roof process was great. Supplies arrived and work was on time, in one day, cleaned up, and good quality. But we were quoted our out of pocket cost by the salesman and then received invoices for a balance of several thousand dollars. March 2024 - I worked with Diana James to coordinate the final insurance payment, and an additional out of pocket for us. She was great about touching base on the process, and what I needed to do. Appreciated her service and help in resolving the matter, albeit we did still end up out of pocket a bit more. Have not received a final confirmation of paid in full yet.

All I can say is wow. This place has outstanding customer service and really know their stuff. My husband and I had three different companies come out to our house and this one was by far the easiest one to work with. We had a wonderful employee named Michael come to our house and assist us with process of inspecting the roof and getting us set up with our insurance company. I didn’t know it could be this easy or else I would have done it a long time ago. These people are absolute life savors! Thanks for everything Str8 up!

Michael came to our house in Dallas and walked us through the process of inspecting our roof and informed us how we would need to proceed with the insurance company. I'm in Hawaii and I own a house back in Oklahoma. My sons live there. Mr. Bronson Williams and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. They were on time, and they work late to make sure my entire roof was completely done and all clean up were done after. My gutter still not completely put back up due to the gutter does not deliver to my house yet. I will add more when they complete putting up my gutter. Mr. Bronson also did a great job helping me with all the paperwork and dealing with my insurance. He also stayed in touch with me and let me know how's everything going on. I will recommend these guys to my friends and anyone who need their roof done.

We just had a pretty severe hailstorm here in Ada and Landon came out and helped us through the whole process and made it so easy on me. People are worried about scammers and Landon and Bronson are far from that. I'd recommend Str8 Up Roofing to anyone.

Talked with Houston and was given a price. Asked if that’s the best they can do so he went and talked with Carson. Carson gave me a better price and I agreed to it and signed the contract. A few days before material was dropped of we received a text saying the couldn’t replace the solar powered vent fan. Carson called me and said they had quoted me to low and they didn’t want to replace it. I informed him I signed an estimate that included it so he agreed to replace it. I thought everything else was ok but after getting home on Friday I noticed there were several drip edges left in my driveway. I was told they were for a different job but all had the same work order on them. So on Saturday I got my ladder and inspected my roof and found that only one side of the house had new drip edges installed, nails sticking through gutters, old drip edges bent up, and missing felt from a spot on the roof. I am writing this for people to double check their work and to be cautious when using them.

We were introduced to STR8 UP Roofing by Marie, who offered us a free inspection. We were very impressed with her and the inspector, Houston’s professionalism and the information they provided us with. They were very timely and came prepared. After speaking with our insurance, we are hoping to move forward with a new roof soon! We wouldn’t have known there was any damage with their assistance!

Timothy and Darren inspected my roof today and didn’t find anything wrong with it. I was so pleased. I am ready for the Oklahoma storm season.Timothy was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in terms I’d understand. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very polite. He was not pushy and had a gentle demeanor.Some of these guys that come around are only out for the buck. Timothy knows how to treat neighbors with respect and dignity.Darren was his coworker and assisted Timothy in the inspection. Being a first time, homeowner never thought how much a Cheaply done roof could get much damage. Dustin Spencer came out and did great consultation and significant information on how much damage There was. Walked me through what I needed to do all the information that I needed and Got with the insurance company to get the claim Started to get things done the correct way. Great materials they shown me that they use will make a much better roof. Dustin and his colleague did a great job, giving me the knowledge of what I needed to Be done and is taking care of a lot of things i myself, would not have known thank you.
