HRI had replaced my roof almost two years ago. I was very much satisfied then. After this hail storm that came on Saturday, my satisfaction level increased. On Monday a company from Kansas came out and inspected my roof. His words to me were,“” Your roof is in pristine condition” it looks like it was just installed. Nope, it’s been almost two years. Man, do you know how expensive roofs are?! Sheesh. The guys from HRI built a quality structure for us, we had some communication issues at first, but some of the issues were the result of Covid supply issues and timeline.
