My husband and I loved Timber Ridge! The property is gorgeous and the building sites are very well thought out. They are private and nestled among the trees with the most wonderful views. Brenda and Rob are developing a true sense of community with all the added shared amenities. They generously invited us to stay at the beautiful model home. I would highly recommend this property. Timber Ridge is a well planned community. It is more than just a place to live, it is a place to relax with family and friends. Air B&Bs here will have amazing views and the residents are friendly and helpful. Timber Ridge has done a great job of keeping the natural wooded beauty in place while making each lot secluded and unique.

Timber Ridge is breathtaking. After hearing about it from a friend, we made the easy, short drive from N. We found Timber Ridge through a Zillow listing. We reached out to Brenda directly who invited us on a tour. We expressed how we weren't quite ready to buy but she still made time to show us around. Well within moments, my husband was sold and we purchased a breathtaking lot in phase 2! We chose TRE because we have 2 children and want them to experience a more active lifestyle. We plan to use our place as a vacation home however, it is nice to know we can rent it if we wanted to. We are visiting on average 1-2 times a month right now to enjoy all the amenities available in the gated community especially since it is about 2 hours and 40 min away from Carrollton Texas(Just north of Dallas). We look forward to one day retiring in this active lifestyle community.

I am overjoyed to have found this special place and can't wait to create memories there with my family. Brenda and Rob are both great to work with. We initially scheduled a tour of the development and immediately fell in love with the area - think of Broken Bow but with larger sites than the typical Cabin you'd find there. They took the time to show and give us the highlights of many of the available lots based on our preferences. Communication after that was also spot on, and all of our inquires (calls, texts, emails) were answered promptly and Brenda made sure that we were kept up to date on the latest developments and progress with roads, utilities, etc.

I need to provide some context for my review. We were originally building a vacation home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma but started to feel that the overall experience was changing. Cabins were being built much closer together than I remembered and it didn't feel like a cabin in the woods any longer. It felt like a house-like cabin in a neighborhood. Along with the closeness of neighbors, it seemed that every time we visited we had loud, drunken parties happening right next door. Finally, when it was time to head back home, the one highway out of Broken Bow was always jammed up.We started looking for an alternate location and came across Timber Ridge Estates and Brenda and Rob. We reached out to learn more and decided to book a private tour. Timber Ridge Estates is 455 acres of land that will be developed in 3 phases. It was a quick 3-hour drive up from Dallas with very simple directions to follow. Brenda and Rob met us with a nice air-conditioned and enclosed ATV on which to tour the property. At that time, the roads were still being cut and this was the only way to get around the property. On our last visit (7/5), the roads were developed enough that our 4-wheel drive SUV was able to navigate around.They showed us a few different lots based on our wish list - lots of trees and a nice view. They spent an easy, unhurried hour and a half with us looking at different lots and hiking around to see the view and the details. We were very happy with their thoroughness, their attention to our needs and with their passion for this property. They also toured us around the common areas including the stocked fishing ponds, the (planned) trails and the future pavilion area.The community is going to be gated and there are architectural guidelines already developed. We received a copy of those. There is an HOA and the utilities (in progress) will be underground. The development is taking care to keep the beauty of the land front and center. The lots range in size from just under 2 acres to over 10. There seems to be something for everyone. We picked a lot that has an incredible view of the nearby mountains and lake (Sardis).This development is going to provide us with the things we enjoyed when we visited Broken Bow (forest setting, nearby lake, beautiful land) without the congested traffic, noisy neighbors or cabins right on top of us.The follow up from Brenda and Rob has been great and they referred us to a lender who was easy to work with. We've since toured the property again and have met with a builder to start planning our new vacation home. We are excited to be a part of Timber Ridge Estates.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The view from every angle angle is incredible, I had such a great stay. It was so relaxing and the hikes were amazing!
