I used Nation Construction to demo and remove an old mobile home. They were great to work with from start to finish. Area was clean when they left. Cody was amazing - helpful in explaining the process, very responsive to all questions, etc. Rebecca in the office was also very helpful.

We had Nation come out to install a road and move a mobile home for us. As we were planning the job, we told them that we wanted a 4 ft. tall culvert put in at the creek for our driveway. The company assured us that this was completely unnecessary and we could save money and time by having a 2 ft. culvert installed in the creek bed instead as it is a dry creek most of the time. We are not knowledgeable about this type of work, so we trusted their advice and experience in the area and ordered the 2 ft. culvert. Twice in 4 years the road has washed out at this area to the point that a vehicle cannot get through to the home. This last time it completely uncovered the culvert and cannot be fixed without at least $3000 in extra expense to correct the problem permanently. In addition to this the company did not put proper drainage ditches along the road and it has slowly eroded the gravel and washed out parts of the road that contribute to the washout problem.Finally, the first rain after the road was installed, a place where a small drainage area exists washed out and we had to personally purchase and install a small culvert to accommodate that. The company never mentioned the need for this during the consultation and should have recognized it immediately or at least at some point during construction.We paid $8000 for a 625 foot gravel road and 2 ft. culvert (more for the moving of the mobile home) and it seems like this company took advantage of our lack of knowledge as first time home owners.
