We recently bought a vehicle from Justin at Hudiberg and had such a pleasant experience. I typically dread buying a car from a dealership due to past experiences of high pressure sales from other dealerships. Hudiburg was a different experience though. Everyone there was so nice and down to earth. I had come in to just look a few days prior to our purchase and never felt pressured or uncomfortable at all. Justin was so professional from the start. He showed me what I was looking for, but then just let me look without any of the usual high pressure sales pitches you get at other dealers. Mario also helped us find what we were looking for and he was so honest and straightforward. Bill in finance was like everyone else there, just very forthcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Justin and the team at Hudiburg if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle!!

I’ve never purchased a vehicle out of state (live in MIssouri) but found it to be easy and the Sales Manager Eddie Morris to be super responsive as well as efficient. My favorite dealership in Oklahoma!!! The sales people here do not work off commission and the work their tails off to give you the best deal. Their service department also catches things that another mechanic may miss or not complete correctly. Cannot recommend these people enough!!!

I did not buy a car here simply because it wasn't the right one, but I feel compelled to leave a review anyways. This was the most stress free interaction and test drive experience I have ever had at a dealership. I first called and asked if the vehicle was still available. The lady on the phone quickly checked and got keys in hand. When I came the car was already pulled up and keys were ready to go. I got to look over the vehicle, check everything I wanted to check, test drive, etc. The car was not the right car and there was no pushy used car sales vibe like you get at every other dealer. There was no filling out questionnaires just to see the car. Just in general no nonsense. If I were to buy a new Ford today, this place would 100% be my first stop.

I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Hudiburg Ford with great ease. From sales to service was nothing but pleasant. In this day of capitalism it is hard to trust in others. Hudiburg Ford’s knowledgeable and friendly staff put those concerns to rest. They took the utmost care to insure I wasn’t buying a problem. The vehicle is obviously used and had some wear. Hudiburg Ford took the time to correct any issues even after purchase. We all understand what “As Is” means. They insured I was getting the best “As Is” I could get from a previously owned vehicle. Our experience with this dealership was not positive. It took driving back to the dealership (400 mile round trip) twice, at their request, to get taken care of what should have been done before they sold it. There were too many issues to list here. When I spoke to the general manager, Grey Ryan, about the issues, he brushed it off as "miscommunication". If that's what he wishes to call the lies that we were told, okay. Their communication skills are terrible. He told me that he would get back with me to let me know what he could do for us because of our inconvenience, I'm still waiting on his call.We noticed the day after purchasing that the lender listed on the paperwork was not the lender who was contacting us about the loan. We called back immediately and spoke to the finance person, Bill. We were told, "Oh, I just noticed that and was getting ready to call you." We, incorrectly, assumed that it would be corrected. However, the following week when we received the title, it had the wrong lienholder. We tried for two weeks to get it corrected, spoke to two different people about it and left messages, but no one would return our calls. We finally called the state tax commission and were given instructions on what to do. Before we followed their instructions, which would have cause more paperwork for the tag agent, the state, and the two banks involved - nothing on our part thankfully, we decided to try one more time with the dealership.Fortunately, on this last call, Joy answered the main number. She is the one who handles the titles. She was gracious and took care of the paperwork ASAP. She even thanked us because it would have been much more work had we gone ahead and done things without the correct lender on the title. If you buy from this dealership, I suggest you do so cautiously!

I must have been the easiest sell this dealer has had in a very long time. I paid asking price of $42,375, no haggling of any sort. Just showed up for a test drive and signed my papers.The welds broke off WHILE I was on the freeway! If I had to have made evasive maneuvers, the broken welds could have caused the rear window screen to shatter the vehicles rear wind shield.The salesman even has the bright idea of recommending me to someone he knows after he basically tells me it's my problem.Fool me once, shame on me....
