Reached out to Randy and we set up a time for him to come look at a project my mom was needing finished and set it up for Friday. He never showed up. I then called back after he didn’t show just to give him the benefit of the doubt to see what happened and he was honest and said he forgot. We set up another time for the fallowing Monday and he didn’t show up again or never called to explain why he didn’t. I finally got him to show up days later and he said he would send out a plumber to give a quote for the plumbing and never did. I understand these days people have a lot going on and times are hard but to completely disregard communication at all and leave me hanging in the dark after taking a day off work to meet for a second try is incredibly unprofessional.

Their woodwork and finished carpentry is second to none. As good as any New England Carpenter I've seen.
