In a world where customer service is clearly lacking we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received with Chazown Roofing and Construction LLC.Mr. Hillian came to our home the same day we called and inspected our roof. He was friendly and his quote was competitive.(We had contacted several roofers for an inspection and quote, by the time we spoke to Mr. Hillian we were exhausted with the constant runaround or no shows.)We were working with our mortgage company on a refinance and had several guidelines and time constraints. Mr. Hillian's team came out the same week and put our new roof on. I might add that it was near freezing and windy the morning they started. The men worked hard and completed the work the same day. They did a great job cleaning up the mess and did their best to avoid our flowers. We had a few minor issues that needed attention and they were immediately and promptly addressed. He also kindly waited for payment until the loan closed. We could not have been happier with the amazing customer service and fine job they did on the roof. Thank you so much Mr. Hillian and thank your team as well. We will definitely recommend you to family and friends 🙂

The owner Paul was amazing and super easy to work with. He was able to get our roof replaced super quick and his roofing team did an amazing job. They were picked up after themselves and even scanned the yard to pick up all trash they may have missed. The owner Paul came out to do a quality check and answered any and all questions I had. I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Chazown Roofing and Construction. When I realized the severity of hail damage my roof, gutters and fence sustained, I was immediately overwhelmed with the prospect of having to deal with my insurance company and all the construction that would be required to remedy the situation. After speaking with Paul, the owner of Chazown Roofing, I felt reassured that he would help me through the process. He was a man of his word and went above and beyond to assist me with my insurance company and the decisions regarding the repairs. Throughout the process, Paul was available to schedule the various repair jobs and answer my questions. Paul and his team went above and beyond, they even trimmed a tree that was obscuring my fence gate and helped me with other issues I couldn’t handle on my own. The customer service I received was top notch, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.As for the actual repairs, my new roof looks amazing. They picked out some beautiful multicolored architectural shingles that look amazing with the color of my brick home (the photos do not due it justice) and my new fence is sturdier than ever with metal poles rather than the wood posts I had before. I would recommend these guys to my family, friends, coworkers or anyone else needing a new roof or other construction related repairs.Thank you for your hard work and professionalism, yall knocked it out of the park.

In April 2023, I had damage to my house and unattached garage from a wind storm. I began calling roofers on Friday evening as rain was predicted on Sunday. I contacted Paul with Chazown Roofing. He was able to have my roof repaired Saturday afternoon before the rain. Then in May 2023, we had a hail storm. I called Paul. He inspected the roof and assisted me in working with my Insurance company on replacing the roof and gutters. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His crews were very friendly, professional and hard working. I also had Paul install two screen doors. I am very happy with the work Paul has done for me. I would highly recommend Chazown Roofing.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. Owner Paul is a rockstar. Open, honest, and timely communication throughout the entire process. He is local to Yukon and responds quickly to all matters. His guys put on a beautiful massive roof, in and out in two days. They even went as far as painting the vent hoods and boots to match the roof! Attention to detail is what makes the roof look beautiful and professional, and what sets this company apart from out-of-town roofing brokers that will not ensure final product quality like Paul and his team. I highly recommend and would only go to Paul in the future for any repairs or replacements.

Chazown roofing and construction is the best roofing company around hands down. They did a great job on my roof and they made sure to replace OSB decking that got overlooked by insurance and other roofing companies. I would definitely recommend Chazown and use them again if and when the services are needed again. Doing new fascia and gutters on my house as well.
