Talk about professional and hard working crews is amazing. Our home and out building were roofed, siding replaced completely around our home, new gutters, remodel of a bay window, and outside painting of the entire home and the shop/cottage. They arrived on time each day promptly at 8am. Their crews were well versed and each knew what they needed to do. They even tapped every area around the house in order to collect any debris. I wasn’t expecting our grass would be covered with tarps. Their pricing was spot on unless they found a problem and would give us choices to consider and the extra pricing. These areas were hidden and not recognized when the original bid came in. We had each crew member inside our home. They were all caring and very kind. The work quality and the end result was greater than I had imagined. My first surprised was we had signed a contract and weren’t required to pay up front until construction began. Prior, we had a major failure of our roof and had water coming inside our home. I called Joel, the owner to see if he could have someone swing by and throw another sump pump on our roof. Joel had a full team show up to fully tarp our roof within an hour. They then adjusted their schedule and two days later our home was reroofed weeks ahead of their scheduled timeline. I’m a retired CEO from a credit union and have great expectations and I was wowed by their company. The primary owner, Joel was contacting me constantly and frequently on site as well. What I thought would be a nightmare turned out amazingly well. We have indoor work to be done and we won’t go out for bids. We know who we will continue to use. I am honored to share my story and recommend them without any concerns. We recently had our home interior repainted by Dahled Up Construction. Joel was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a quick and affordable quote. When Joel's crew arrived they were friendly and we felt at ease right away. Their main goal from the get go was to make sure that they did a job that we were completely happy with. They were easily approachable when asked to do touch ups here and there, and they always remained friendly and professional. We needed a playground built at my place of work. While not their forte Dahled up took on the challenge and absolutely blew us all away! The were fast, clean, and incredibly kind. Project: completely rebuild a simple, 1860 farmhouse, keeping footprint from year 1900, and replicating woodwork of original home.Joel Dahl (Dahled-Up Construction, Dahled-Up Roofing, and Dahled-Up Painting) undertook this, and has done an amazing, beautiful job.The detail work in our home is exquisite. Joel shared our vision, and followed through on every aspect.We enjoyed getting to know his workers. They were friendly, hardworking, and willing to adjust when there were design changes. They made a good effort to clean up every day.The subcontractors Joel hired were top-notch.To start, the house had to be lifted so a foundation could be installed. 1 1/2 bathrooms were added, and the stairway was moved. We used both the Roofing and Painting divisions of Dahled Up Contruction, so I will review both. We are doing a major remodel that has faced many challenges. We ended up needing our roofing done in stages and Dahled up accommodated that without issue and in a very timely manor. Along with the fact that their pricing was quite fair. We have built an open beam porch that is quite large and we had the painting side come in and seal the beams. Frankly, we were not happy with the job and we expressed that to them. They came out several times, on their own time and at no charge to us, to make it right. They were very humble and kind and expressed repeatedly that they wanted us to be happy with the job. My porch is perfect now and I'm very happy

From start to ... well I'm going to use them for lot's more so there's no end yet :). Seriously though we had a new roof put on. Dahled Up gave us the best quote right off the bat. In about two days we had a new roof. They also did a great job repairing some rotted fascia. And, on the day of arrival I asked them to rebuild a decorative wood piece where the house numbers go that had rotted. Not a bit of hesitation, instructions were given and the guys did a great job. Just the whole thing, a great, respectful, professional group. Thanks again, Joel, Jeremy and the whole team. A shout-out to Mindy in the office too. We hired Joel’s crew, to replace our existing roof on our large home. I had three estimates and decided to go with Dahled Up. The price/value of warranty and work was the best of the three.The job didn’t go without it’s issues. The weather this spring has been unreliable at best, and that came along with a few issues when the reroofing took place. There were some minor issues with leaking inside our home. Joel’s team responded immediately and took care of every single issue in a timely and effective manner. They restored everything to the prior condition, in the shortest amount of time possible. Building a Front Porch. For years my husband and I talked about having a front porch, as we like to sit outside, especially at night. It was hard to accomplish with working so much and never having the time. Finally we decided to make it happen. We looked all around at companies, read reviews and landed on Dahled Up Construction. This was the best decision we made. They built a fabulous porch, made sure everything was correct and solid. There were a few days that they stayed longer to make sure everything was done for that day and done right. The crew went over and above of what we even thought of. We hired Dahled Up to do a big exterior remodel of the house last year. They did a great job. Yesterday I noticed an area that might have started to leak. I contacted Dahled Up after hours. I had a response within a few minutes. The contrators showed up the very next day. They examined the situation, replaced some caulking and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and that the work they did over a year ago was still up to the standard they provided on date of service. I have to say Dahled Up Construction did an outstanding job with my roof, structural repair and clean up. Joel's crew is a hard working, friendly class act. These guys really know their stuff! If you've ever had to paint the exterior of your home you probably know that deciding what color can be the most challenging. I had it narrowed down to one color that I thought might be risky and many shades of another that I thought was safe. When Joel Dahl came out to estimate the job I let him know my dilemma. He made me feel comfortable choosing the risky color. I could tell he could see my vision better than I could. He had good ideas about the trim that he relayed to his paint crew.When Joe Deane and his crew arrived they worked like a well oiled machine! Like they could read each others minds. They were friendly and professional. It only took them two days. I enjoyed watching the transformation.
