They took advantage of me being across the country. After dealing with them for a year and not seeing an end in sight I got the owner involved! After a couple months they said they were completed. I could see bare boards above the sliding back door they installed! Their finish work was atrocious! I hired an inspection and they found a long list of items they didn't do correctly! In all it took them over 15 months to do what shouldn't have taken more than 6! And it was poor quality! Hire them at your own risk!!!

After our family woke up to our garage on fire, NW Restoration made our entire experience of repairing our home a breeze. Doug, the project manager overseeing everything was amazing! He was a great communicator, and saw that jobs were handled in the best possible way. He is personable and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him, but hope we don’t have to work with them anytime soon, haha! Great job NW Restoration!

our dishwasher leaked damaging our kitchen floor, cabinet and wall. NW restoration did the clean up and repairs. Linda, our project manager, was terrific. Communication 5 stars.Professionalism 5 stars. It was very, very important to my wife get our kitchen by Thanksgiving. Linda worked diligently to do this and She did it. Completing the Monday before Thanksgiving. Quoting my wife, "Give Linda a big raise!"

While no one wants to have a situation that requires a home restoration service, your one bit of good luck will be dealing with NW Restoration.Our assigned project manager, Linda, was a master of communication--she kept kept us up-to-date with the status of repairs and was always available for questions. She made the process as easy on us as possilbe and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. Unlike some other companies that we and our friends have interacted with, NW Restoration never over-promised and they always delivered on what they said they'd do.NW Restoration's crew were professional and did good work. When all was said and done, you would never know what our house went through to requre their service.

This company was recommended to us by our insurance company when we had flooding in our home, and I wish I could go back in time and choose a different one.The restoration should have taken less than 2 weeks (based on a similar project we had done by another company a few years ago), but it took OVER TWO MONTHS.During that time there was little communication other than their frequent demands to be paid in full. We were advised by our insurance company not to pay them until after the work was completed to our satisfaction.Once the job was "completed" and furniture was being moved back into the room, mold was discovered on the wall studs. It was reported to the company by the movers, but the company said it was no big deal and recommended that we just spray it. I'm no expert, but isn't mold on the structure of my home one of the main things meant to be prevented by a restoration company?Also, we ended up having to do the majority of the painting, which they said was not their job.I strongly recommend against using NW Restoration.

I could not have had a better experience. Every single person who came out was so kind and friendly and efficient. Especially Linda. She worked her butt off to make sure me and my children did not have to go without water anymore than we had to. She fought with my insurance and handled everything. I never had to deal with my insurance to receive payments or approvals. It was all Linda and the rest of the staff at NW Restorations. Please do not waste your time going anywhere else. I would not recommend Northwest Restoration to anyone. They are pushy in getting you to sign contracts. They are not a good option if you hope to make any improvements as you recover from your home emergency. I found myself needing to recover from a flood, not knowing what to do, and trusting them as a recommended entity from my insurance company. I only wish I listened to my gut and took more time to find the right company to work with rather than the first one to show up. There were so many red flags throughout the process that I won't go into since I previously posted a longer review with explanation and Northwest Restoration seems to have buried/contested my original review [business owners can dispute reviews with review sites].Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Contracted by insurance company for water damage caused by upstairs fixture, everyone was as very professional and accommodating to our schedule. I was slightly annoyed that the painter had to come back to touch up some spots that were obviously missed as well as put a second coat on despite insisting one coat was enough (it wasn’t, told you so). Also found it weird there were additional 2 checks cut by our insurance company 2 and 5 months after the job was done, and was asked for proof that I’d paid our deductible. Otherwise professional and got the job done, could probably benefit from tighter bookkeeping. Relentless in asking me to leave a review too.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting

When a slight stain in our rug proved to be a water leak that had gone on for years and nearly collapsed the floor in our bedroom, our insurance agent recommended Northwest Restoration to scope out what needed to be done and arrange for contractors to create the necessary engineering drawings, structural repairs, and finishing. All of the contractors were top notch, and the work was very well managed. When we were working with the last contractor, Northwest stepped out of the coordination role to reduce our costs. I strongly recommend this team.

NW Restoration was beyond amazing this past November 2017 & December 2018 when they repaired/replaced portions of my house due to a hot water tank leak. I have high praise for the entire crew and subcontractors - they provided me promote information, work was exceptionally high quality and each person was great to work with. My key contact was Connor Clarke who followed up on all questions quickly and kept me informed of schedules etc. I would recommend this company to anyone and when the need presents itself will work with them again. Great company!!

We had a fridge leak in the kitchen on wood floor. Northwest Restoration was hired. NW team showed up on time, assessed the situation, set up the plan and executed. They showed three good traits: 1-Professionalism, 2- Execution on schedule, 3- Responsiveness (Customer support). Project lead, Connor, Shared plan and team executed nicely with good workmanship . I would also highlight the communications approach by Connor, the project manager. He was professional and upfront with the next steps outlined.
