We had Angel and his team do a complete exterior remodel of our home back in late October including, siding, gutters, electrical framing, windows and door installs. It was a massive amount of work which included a lot of communication from all parties and planning. With that said I can not emphasize enough how professional, organized and great Pro Exterior Remodelers was during this project. Everyone one from the planner (Sonja) to the owner (Angel) and their whole crew were outstanding. My wife and I starting the bidding process for this project back in July and interviewed 8 different contractors. From the moment Angel came over to the house and we did a walk through I had a gut feeling we were going to give them the project. He had thought of everything and knew exactly what to do on all the small details that we hadn’t even thought off. It was very clear that he had a deep understanding and knowledge of all types of construction and scenarios. Another small detail that never went unnoticed was the attention to detail from his crew. We have two small children under 2 and with such a big project we were concerned about debris, nails, etc laying around the yard and them either stepping on something or eating something. Every single day for nearly a month their crew left the yard better than it started. We didn’t have anything to worry about there. If your doing a project I can not recommend them enough. 5 STAR. We hired Pro Exterior Remodelers LLC to remove all of our (30 year old) LP siding and replace it with James Hardie - ColorPlus - Lap Siding, all 4 sides of the house. It's all done now and what a terrific job they all did. The whole crew was professional and skilled. The construction foreman is Angel. Sonja is their Sales Person and Administrator. Tearing off all the siding and reinstalling took about 3 weeks start to finish. Angel stops by the worksite most every day to check with the crew and be available for any questions or updates. What’s also nice is Angel’s priority to deliver a quality product. We had a number of issues with old damaged insulation, rotted facia and a wall that had warped. Angel provided guidance, recommendations, solutions, rough cost estimates and rough time estimates all with a good dose of Common Sense. We are totally happy with the work Pro Ex did for us. The Pro Ex crew are expert siders expert caulkers (very impressed here), clean up every day before leaving and have a “no problem too big or too small” attitude.It was a pleasure working with all of them. Our house looks brand spanking new! Our next door neighbor hired Pro Ex also they are as pleased as us. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Pro Ex again, in fact, I did re-hire them for a different smaller project.Price , Quality and Service: 5 Star on all three.Thanks again Sonja and Angel your work was outstanding.

I used Pro Exterior Remodelers for our home in SW Portland. They came Monday thru Friday & half a day on Saturday x 2 weeks. Asked them to place Plywood underneath the Hardiplank Siding.Responsive to concerns & they were very Meticulous with Details. Most of All , they Bid on What I Asked them to do . ( many Companies did not Listen ).We would use them again. In addition , they arePainting a Rental Home we own in the future.

Pro Exterior Remodelers replaced cedar shake siding with Hardie Shake siding and painted the new siding to match the house. The crew showed up on time and worked very hard through the 95 degree temps that set record in Portland that week. The work was done as promised, when promised. It looks fantastic! We hired this team to replace half of our siding, replace 3 windows, and paint parts of the house we couldn't reach with our ladder. Angel and his team went above and beyond what was asked of them and did a wonderful job. They have quoted me very fair prices. I have hired them twice and have been extremely happy with the results and with their integrity. They have not only stuck to the price I was quoted (which rarely happens with contractors) but they also did a few extra things for us that made a huge difference (had to put in a new header for a window, and they painted our window trim which we had planned to do ourselves to save on cost). Sonja was extremely nice to work with, and the entire team was very thoughtful and hard-working. I absolutely will be hiring them again for future home projects.

They also rebuilt the chimney, replaced some Hardie board siding and window trim and caulked and painted the exterior of our two-story home. It is so much better than what was there before. Pro Exterior Remodelers helped us achieve our vision to completely transform the exterior of our home in Vancouver WA. We had an excellent experience with Pro Exterior Remodelers. They both resided and painted our home. The entire project took 12 days. We were happy that our project started sooner than anticipated. Both the siding and paint crews did excellent work. They took care with their work and cleaned up each evening. Some rot was discovered after removing the old siding and they fixed that for a slight additional cost. Communication with Sonja and Angel was convenient via phone, text or email. The cost was lower than other bids. We are happy with the outcome and are glad that we selected this company for our project. Angel and Sonja lead a capable team that deliver quality work for our siding project. They replaced the stucco siding with James Hardie Artisan V-grove, reframing and fixed some water damage, and also replaced gutter and all external painting. The quality is remarkable and their cost is reasonable. Sonja and Angel are also very responsive to questions and requests which I truly appreciate. If you ask anything they can improve on, I would say can be a bit more gentle to the plants around the house :). Overall, I am very happy working with this team.LH

Our house came out amazing! Their team was detailed. Some examples were wood trim for the wood siding. The brackets around the garden window. The team also came out at the end of the job and checked the site for any trash and to inspect the work to make sure nothing was missed. They were quick to respond when we requested a quote and came back with a detailed bid that was very reasonable and competitive. After comparing a few other companies we decided to go ahead with Pro Exterior Remodelers and we are so happy that we did. They replaced the siding of our 1905 farmhouse and painted the exterior and we are thrilled with the results. Every member of the team was very friendly and professional. I went through a list of contractor from Angi and I was so glad that I finally chose to go with this company. Pro Exterior Remodelers was such a great team to work with. From Angel (the Boss), Sonja (Office Manager) and Armando (Crew leader). The whole crews did an exceptional job. Communication was right on with everything that I wanted and more. I hired them to replace my roof, siding, gutter and all windows. The crews turned my dated 40+ years house to almost looked like a new one. I LOVE the new looks and thanks to the whole team for working very hard and in a diligent manner. I'll not hesitate to hire them again. We are very happy that we found Pro Exterior Remodelers for our siding repairs and repaint of the whole house. The crew came on time and worked very hard every day! They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Our house looks like a new house now and we’ve got lots of good comments from the neighbors. Angel is so helpful! You can tell that he truly cares about your house and wants to make it look as good as possible. He came to our house multiple times and walked through the house to determine the needs with his eagle eyes and did some small touch-ups in the end that we did not even notice before and he went out of his way and helped us with many other things. Sonja communicated with us during the whole project to make sure the timing and the plan worked which made the whole process run smoothly. We truly appreciated their help and have recommended them to our neighbors. They do both siding/painting and roofing work so Angel also came and helped check the roof of my parent’s house and gave us some good advice and offered help which we really appreciated.
