We are very pleased to work with Michael. He is very professional, experienced and dedicated in his field. Michael just didn’t replace our roof, he also installed gutter guards. When whole world was celebrating New Year, he was working on our roof. When I asked he should take day off, he replied that he is taking advantage of the sunny weather to finish our roofing project. We really appreciate his dedication. He gave all of his staff New Year off but he was doing his job alone. Which makes me think that he is a great human being too. When my 23 yr old roof was due for an update. It was my 1st time having this big of a job done. I had no idea what was involved. I looked at other roofs and did some research to figure out what I needed and liked. Michael was referred to me and I called another company to come bid the job. Michael was so thorough in his explanation of what was needing to be done that I felt confident that he would get the job done the way I envisioned it to be. My roof was his to work his magic. In 3 days He did just that! I never thought I would look at my roof and go WOW its so nice. My house looked new again (minus a window to be replaced). The precision of the lines was like art. Haha The Landmark Pro shingles I chose stand out against others in the area. They look like tiles. It will be many years before this project will be needed again. It was a nice experience to work with NW Precision Roofing. Michael is very easy to communicate, such as choosing materials, scheduling etc. I had two 10-year old roof solar fans, and I was hesitate to remove them. Michael got up to my roof months before the roof work to cover and block out the sunlight on the fans, so I could feel the difference and made a right decision. It works. Met with Michael to evaluate my roof. Despite it raining, he got up on the roof and did a thorough evaluation. Then he sat down with me to convey all the options and give his honest opinion about the condition of the roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and personal. After talking with 4 different roofing companies about our two story cape cod steep pitch roof we settled on NW Precision Roofing. We made a great decision. Michael and his crew showed up early each morning and worked efficiently. With their competitive pricing I was able to upgrade to the 40 year Presidential TL which looks looks 3D due to the pattern and shingle thickness. We have received numerous complements, even from people just passing by. The quality of their work was spot on and they did an excellent job cleaning up. The buyers included a quote from a competitor, which we wanted to shop but new we were on a tight schedule. We had a great experience working with Michael and NW Precision on our new roof. Michael came out right away to give us a quote and his pricing was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received. He didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need, which I appreciated!We were able to schedule our re-roof about 6 weeks out, so it wasn’t a long wait. Michael and his team got the old roof torn off and new roof done in just a few days and they did a great job. We needed to replace 10 sheets of plywood and Michael was great about updating me and sharing photos throughout the process. He was easy to communicate with during the whole process, by email or text or phone.The guys all seemed to work very well together. They were efficient and worked hard, but also took their time where they needed to. For us, a problem area was 3 skylights that had been improperly installed likely since the house was built. There was a lot of damage underneath, and Michael and his team spent a lot of time replacing all the damaged plywood, properly framing the skylights and making sure they were done right.Michael was so easy to work with and very professional. He went above and beyond in a lot of small ways to really make sure we had a great experience and were happy. It’s very clear that he focuses on the quality of work and long-term integrity of the roof.We love how our roof turned out and couldn’t be happier that we chose NW Precision! These guys had no problem working on our steep roof and seemed to move around with ease up there as they did their work. We were surprised and impressed to see that Michael was involved in the entire process including prompt scheduling to assess our roof, quick very detailed quote, actual removal of old roofing and installation of new as well as cleanup after. Michael worked closely with me on the getting the color and type of shingle that I wanted. They did a great job on stripping off 2 old layers and putting on the new shingles and also installed a sun tunnel in my living room. It made a dark room look bright and airy. They cleaned up every day and left the area spotless upon completion of the job.The only issue was that they should have used shorter nails on the area of eave overhangs. The standard longer nails punched through the thinner painted plywood underside and produced ugly splintered areas.I'm still giving a 5-star rating though, as the general overall quality of work was excellent.

After the big wind blew some shingles off my roof I found Michael suggested by my neighbor. Communication with Michael is comfortable.
