My roof is original with my house. I've had Raindrop out twice in the 20+ years I've owned the house, for cleaning, inspections, minor repairs and gutter clearing. In January when they came to clean it I asked them how long they would give the roof before I needed to replace it. They said about two years. A few weeks later, a neighbor had a different roofer out to look at cleaning and possibly replacing their roof. They asked if they could look at mine and I told them yes. When they came back they said it was urgent that I do the work now and gave me a bid. Their "inspection" was done with drone photos (which was very cool but also they didn't get up on the roof). I contacted Raindrop to tell them about the disparate perspectives They offered to come back at no charge and Sean came back on the roof to do a closer inspection and see if all repairs were in good shape. After this was done they told me they feel confident that I have 2 years left in the house, which is great news since I will be able to save up for it and do a few other household projects that I was planning on before replacing the roof. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that the roof needed replacing right away but they stood by their word. I'd also like to add that bringing them out a couple of times over the years to tighten things up on the roof extended the roof life by several years. I can highly recommend Raindrop for their quality and integrity.

I first met the owners of Raindrop through our daughters who became good friends. As a Realtor, I often have a need for professional roof advice, and I have found Raindrop to be top-notch professionals, always on time, with excellent customer service. I've also used them on our own home on two different occasions, once for a planned roof replacement for an addition (including roof and gutter cleaning on the rest of the roof) and another time for an emergency repair after an ice storm caused roof damage. We contracted with Raindrop Roofing for a new roof on our home, they had come highly recommended from a neighbor who also had a wonderful experience. We found raindrop to be responsive and easy to work with, while installing the roof an unseen water pipe that was in an unusual location was accidentally hit. The company went above and beyond to get a plumber out immediately to fix the problem, even though it was late on a Saturday. They made sure that everything was fixed and better than new, and I was beyond thrilled with the customer service. The roof is beautiful, comes with a warranty that is transferable, and was updated to meet current best standards. Within the last 10 years, we have called upon Raindrop Roofing NW two times to work on our house. The first was to roof our entire home and the second was to change out two older skylights for a model which had a different design. We purchased a home with a 14 year old roof installed by Raindrop Roofing NW. During the inspection a minor leak was found and R.R. responded quickly to repair. In addition, they addressed, (at no charge), some gutter and caulking issues the inspection revealed. They also transferred the roof warranty to us. We had them replace 4 skylights after moving in. They were competitively priced and did a great job installing.

Replaced a low pitch built up (tar and gravel) roof on a mid-century home with a TPO roof. Deciding factor for choosing Raindrop was the fact that the PM, Lee, seemed to have a real appreciation for the nature of the job and for ensuring that the final product would not just be a good roof but would also be a good-looking roof. I think the job might have been a bit harder than Raindrop anticipated including a couple of unanticipated challenges that were unique to the configuration of our roof. And I did have some concern that the challenges might result in some drama or dispute about cost. But no worries needed. There was no drama, and the project was billed as proposed. We've got a near-flat roof with a membrane (TPO, I believe) that needs annual inspection, since you can't see what's going on from the street. Raindrop has done a good job with annual cleanup and identifying and patching compromised areas. Not the cheapest option, but do you want the cheapest option when you're talking about keeping water from leaking through your ceiling? :-) Looking forward to continuing using them for annual upkeep so we can delay having use them to replace our roof.

Great experience having our roof replaced. We received a prompt quote which clearly outlined the work to be done and the options for venting and various "upgrades". We signed and had to wait for a crew to be ready as this company was busy. Once they were ready to start they delivered the materials, dump trailer, and had the crew there ready to go. The crew was polite, accommodating, and very respectful. The entire job went smoothly and the superintendent came by several times throughout the job to provide updates. When the job was done the roof looked amazing and they cleaned up like they were never there! With all the rain in the last month we're so happy to have a Raindrop roof over our heads. I am surprised by the few negative reviews of Raindrop Roofing. Our experience was excellent! We got 10 bids for our home - we have a ranch and it's a lot of roof! Raindrop was in the middle range and their representative impressed us. Everything was done on time, professionally and the crew was very responsible and careful with our plantings and property. The office stayed in touch and kept up apprised of timing. The crew was on time and worked incredibly hard - and neat.They finished today and it's just starting to rain. We got lucky! While I probably should wait to make sure the job they did was perfect, I'm 100% sure they will stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has to have a new roof installed!

My family had an excellent experience dealing with Raindrop Roofing installing our new roof. The management was very good at communicating every step of the way and the questions I did have were answered very quickly.We were quoted the project would take an estimated 4 or 5 days, but they actually got done in 3! Cleaned up everything and the roof looks great. They informed me of every step they got done each day and we're there from 7am or so until the late evening. They work hard and efficient.We got an estimate from about 3 different teams and Raindrop Roofing was in the middle when it came to the price, but their reputable reputation made our decision easy. They were referred by other neighbors who all had great experiences with them.Try them out. They give free estimates and will work with your schedule.All said and done we got a new roof (and plywood boards replaced) for around 10K.
