I just moved here from Colorado and my windshield got a little beaten up on my drive.Once I arrived, I did some Google searching and these guys had wonderful reviews so I decided to schedule with them for my repair.They did not disappoint; I was greeted right when I walked in for my appointment and Jesse was quick to get my windshield taken care of.Everyone that I interacted with was kind and definitely knowledgeable.I highly recommend☺️

Act Fast came recommended by two Ford dealerships in the Bend Redmond area. They worked with GEICO to get me an OEM replacement windshield, then promptly installed it and followed up with great customer service. HIGHLY recommend. We caught a small rock ding in our windshield outside of Bend. I was worried that the cold weather and windshield defrost cycles would cause it to Crack across the windshield. The team at Act Fast looked at it under a magnifying glass and said to not worry as the ding only penetrated one layer of glass. There was no charge and we were out within 5 minutes. Very friendly and efficient customer service!

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received here. Friendly, courteous, professional and they even wiped down my dash and vacuumed the front floor! They worked like a well oiled machine and got me in early and back on the road in record time! Top notch service! Highly recommend this shop. These guys did a great job replacing my BMW Z4's windshield. Took them less then an hour and they did it onsite. They pricing was great, lower then I expected for a German car. I was driving through Bend and my front passenger window regulator broke. I thought about trying to fix it but after taking the door apart I called Act Fast. I think it took less than 30 minutes.for him to install what would have taken me at least 2 hours. Nice going Jonathon, great work!

Very fast, easy, and good service. Only took them about 20 minutes to replace the windshield. There was no hassle, no upselling, no add ons. Honest price, and you should use the coupon that comes in the Bend mailer (the black catalogue).

I got a rock chip going over the pass that was getting bigger and called them right away. They were quick calling me back and had a repair person at my house within an hour of my conversation with them. Sean was great and advised letting the windshield dry overnight (it was raining and the chip had water in it) and met up with me the next day to repair it. He and Chad were so professional and friendly and made the process so easy! They were done in under 20 min:). I didn’t take a picture of it before the repair, but I should have because the difference is amazing!

We had two vehicles with cracked windshields; Ford Transit Van and Honda Element.I called about 6 different places with average 4+ stars & minimum 50 reviews in town.Act fast glass had the best prices among those places with flexible scheduling and location, so we decided to work with them.They were super efficient, communicative, and arrived prior to our scheduled time to prep.We have a toddler at home so it was super convenientto have them travel to us! Both windshields are looking great. Highly recommend!

They are amazing! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to fit me in the next day! I work full time and they were able to come to me, As well as they were able to come 2 hours earlier than planned. I would definitely recommend them to everyone needing a windshield. I first called Act Fast about 2-1/2 years ago. They showed up at the scheduled time, replaced my very chipped & cracked windshield in my driveway! I loved it! About 2 months ago I noticed the rubber fitting atop the roof portion of my windshield where the molding separated from the car. I called Act Fast. They scheduled a time & came over & fixed it. When the technician was done, he called me at my apartment, upstairs from where he was, in the parking lot, & told me he was done. I asked how much I owed him; He told me "no charge." Wow! I was flabbergasted! He said that Act Fast stands by their work & considered it a warranty call. Nice people! I recommend them to all my friends! Act fast was awesome! I found their ad in the smart shopper and I have been driving around with a broken windshield for well over a year. Busy with my family and a lot of life changes it was low on my priority list. But who can turn down $35 off their deductible AND they come to you. I called them up on a Friday and had my windshield replaced on Monday.
