Phil and his crew turned the dirt in our backyard into lush grass with automated irrigation with such precision, speed, and care that I was blown away! It was so easy to work with Phil, he understood what we were looking for and provided suggestions to help us get to where we wanted to be. He also saw our future plans and set us up with a drip like that we can tap into once we build raised planter boxes. After our first experience with Phil, we reached out about some issues with our pre-existing front yard landscaping and he was quick to reply and knew exactly what was going on. I can't recommend Phil and his crew enough for their knowledge, speed, workmanship, and communication!

Phillip and his crew have been no-shows without any communication 3 times. We were super excited when Phillip got right back to us when we requested a proposal for some xeriscaping work in our backyard. He got us an estimate right away early in the week, which we agreed to, and said he could probably start Friday. We didn't hear from him for 3 weeks. He would not respond to calls, text messages or emails. When he finally responded, he indicated he was super busy. We said fine, when can you schedule us? He said he would start the work middle of August. When we tried to pin down an actual date he stopped responding again. He finally responded and said he would be here August 29. He later changed that to September 3rd. He never showed up. He never called or communicated that he would not be coming. I can not recommend this business and my experience dealing with Phillip has been nothing but unprofessional. If my experience is indicative of his work ethic, then most of these other 5 star review must be fake. We won't be using Black Diamond Landscape now or ever.

Black Diamond Landscaping gave us a very reasonable bid. We had some changes to our landscape plan and they were flexible. I appreciated that they kept us apprised of the change in costs so there were no surprises. And the yard is beautiful!! Phil and his crew are great to work with!

Philip and his crew spruced up our backyard and I'm so grateful for his amazing work and expertise. It was a bit of a mess and Philip really has an eye for designing and landscaping in a way that is both functional and beautiful. We're working with him again now to do even more. Philip and his crew have done an outstanding job. We started with a blank backyard.. with rock drainage running across the length of the fence. He listened to all of our idea's and then came up with suggestions for us. He thought adding a berm over the drainage rocks would be a good fit for me since I felt limited in my area's to plant. We love it. So far they've installed irrigation, sod and the berm. We have plenty more that we're working on that he'll be taking care of for us.. Design, pavers, drip line, gravel, planting shrubs, bushes and trees. We're very excited. Philip has been wonderful, on time, reliable, communicates very well and does more than expected as he critiques his own workmanship and wants it to be perfect. We would recommend Philip and his team to anyone looking for great service.

No response from my efforts made to contact them to acquire services.Addendum: well of course they didn't respond... they were just busy, however, connected with them days after finding out that we'll be moving and now don't need their service afterall.

They came out when they said they would they were very polite ndid their job, cleaned up after they were done and then made sure everything worked correctly,contacted me and show me how to make it work.Also answered all my questions, call back 2 days later to make sure everything was OK. 5 STARS !!!
