This place is a goldmine for DIY building projects. All materials are discounted for alight flaws, factory seconds, or we're just leftover from contractors. Make sure to buy the quantity you need the first time because it will most likely be gone when you come back. Stock is always changing so stop by and look often. We found drywall, insulation, studs, flooring, siding, roofing, and decking for our shed project and completed the project at a fraction of the cost of going to one of the building supply stores in town.

The place has a variety of shop wood. The prices are OK. Just remember you can not cherry pick, unless you are a favorite, and all pieces have a defect. What I didn't like is the pricing. The sign says $12 for 1/2 plywood I paid $16, $21 for siding I paid $25. All purchases are final. Enjoy your shopping?

We were referred to the Build Supply Outlet by my brother who used them for various products. We bought over 2000sq ft of flooring for our remodel project. Their prices were by far the best for what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s scratch and water resistant which has been amazing with a dog that’s over 100lbs. I was in the middle of a remodel and discovered that flooring prices were pretty expensive. I discovered Build supply outlet and was able to find vinyl flooring for ⅓ of the price. They carry discontinued supplies so I would recommend buying extra of whatever you need in case there is a mistake or you need to replace material. Would highly recommend to anyone that is on a smaller budget and okay with less options.

Danny and his team are really a pleasure to work with.We drove from the Medford area to buy decking and other supplies and even with the distance and transporting all the material home, it was still a financial gain for us over what we would have had to pay locally. I bought around 2000sq.ft of composite decking and after all my expenses in getting it home I still saved a couple of thousand dollars. The entire team is really easy to work with. They are knowledgeable, polite, respectful and efficient.Danny is a big picture owner and was even willing to take back some product I did not use for a credit against future purchases which I truly appreciate.I asked them to let me know when they receive specific pressure treated material and two days before they received it I got a call letting me know. Theses guys are on it and great to work with.I a getting ready for my next big project and plan to make the trip to Builders Supply Outlet in Bend again.

I would highly recommend this company for flooring! My husband and I looked at so many places, including the obvious big stores, but couldn’t find what we liked/wanted for an affordable price. Then we found Build Supply Outlet and they were great! They had a HUGE selection of all different colors, finishes, styles…you name it, they had it. And at a fraction of the cost you will find elsewhere! I was able to go in and pick out a selection of ones I liked and they let you take a whole plank home of any style you like to better make a decision. They were super knowledgeable about all the different brands/products and answered all of my questions. Basically great selection, great prices, and great customer service. I tell everyone looking for flooring to check these guys out!

Always a great experience getting supplies here. The guys are friendly and easy to work with and their prices can't be beat. I recently bought cedar fence boards that were half the price of home depot and posts that were 1/3 the price. Both were better quality as well. This is always the first place I check when I need materials to see if they have what I need in stock.

I discovered Build Supply Outlet through a Facebook Marketplace post and was blown away by their inventory and very competitive prices. I did a lot of research and price shopping before purchasing our vinyl plank flooring and for the quality planks I found at Bend Supply Outlet, I couldn't find anyone else in town to beat their prices. I kept on shopping there for lumber and I'll continue to shop there first for any and all home improvement supplies I need. To top it all off, there customer service is genuine. Everyone there cares about listening to what your need is and doing their best to provide you with the best option that they carry. They allowed my wife and I to take home several vinyl planks to play around with and sit on as we tried to make a decision of what fit best in our house. If you can do things yourself or want to save money, shop here and compare to big box stores. The service is also amazing, so if you are a wee bit shy about calculating how many boxes you need to get the square footage, they can help!!! Great experience out here at Build Supply. Came out from Portland to pick up a unit of siding panels. The price was very good and a lot less than Home Depot, well worth the trip. Danny was very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of great quality products at good prices. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back in the future.

I ordered quite a bit of lumber for a half acre fence project last summer. I didn’t get to pick and choose which pieces were delivered. About a quarter of the cedar posts were not usable. I had to go out and buy more to finish the project. So while you might be saving quite a bit up front if the lumber is not usable then it’s a wash. When I inquired about any type of refund I was denied. So in conclusion if you’re going to purchase lumber from this place be sure to pick and choose which pieces you get. The guys there are very friendly and are helpful.

I was able to buy high end James Hardie Artisan siding for an incredibly low price which allowed me to finish a big project with a better final product than I had originally quoted, and it put me under budget for the materials on the project. In the end, the customer was excited about the upgrade and I made a larger profit. The employees were helpful, friendly and quick. Thank you guys!!!

I ended up buying several units of Cedar fencing boards. They were better quality than I had previously purchased else ware for more money. Friendly and they helped load my trailer which proved to be a small challenge. I would definably by more from Build Supply Outlet.

Found this place when searching for lumber for a large fence project. They have a limited stock on certain things but we found something we could use and probably saved about half compared to big box store. They are very friendly and helpful - we will continue to check here first for any home improvement projects

Great service. Always helped very quickly. Options are sometimes hit and miss but most seems to come into stock fairly quickly.Saved me a good chunk of change by not using Lowes/Homedepot.If i had one recommendation, it would be to stock joist hangers/ ties / hardware. I know there isnt much room for profit on that stuff but it would be cool having a 1 stop shop.

I recently purchased five units of polyiso ridgid foam insulation from Building Supply Outlet. They were the only ones who had the material I needed and at a fantastic price!
