I don’t like to leave poor reviews but this one was definitely earned (twice over).I’ve been trying to get some fence posts ordered for a weekend project for the past two weeks. Both reps that I have been working with have managed to drop the ball. It happened once, setting our project back a week. Like an idiot, I switched reps but kept working with BFS. Well the second rep also managed to drop the ball, setting me back another week on this project. I ended up calling Building Solutions. Allen at Building Solutions was able to take my order and is now working on getting it delivered last minute so we can finally get to work on this project. Oh and the best part, his price was drastically less expensive than Builder's First Source. Do yourself a favor and just go straight to Building Solutions.

You asked for more detail so here you go.1) stock items that that sell2) stock items that construction employees use regularly.3) you loose a lot of business to ACE and home Depot because you don't stock what sells.4) if you don't let your customers load them selves then have enough employees so that it doesn't take 45 min waiting in the yard to get loaded.5)you sell concrete sell the supplies that go with that and have them in stock ect....6)you call your selves builders firstsource for what exactly? I have been in your stores east coast to west and it's the same story " hey we have half of what you need from a builders supply store"

Front desk has fast service. Lumber yard is usually a bit slow when bringing and loading your material but otherwise great
