Deplorable customer service and quality control. I had SOOOO many issues with my insulation install. Literally didn’t follow the architects construction documents, missed walls and doors that are required to be insulated by code. If Doug is your guy, run away!!!

Doug Frey and his crew came in and dialed out my addition with a little closed cell foam/blown in insulation combo on the exterior walls and Batt insulation on floor/cap/interior wall and did an awesome job. The benefits of their spray in foam is incredible from the sound deadening to keeping the heat in and the cold out. The place was cleaned up like they had never been there. The guys were very respectful and professional from start to finish.

Good price. Nice people. Poor service. Needed installers to return to finish missed areas during initial install. Pretty much ignored by project manager. Finally had to talk with management to get resolution. Give the manager two thumbs up. He had installers there within a couple of days. I'm happy with the completed project.

It takes a lot for we to write a review. These guys are that good. I had them do some duct sealing and add ventilation to my roof. The price was great and the job they did was even better. I highly recommend this company.

Approximately 1 month ago I had a very pleasant conversation with (I believe) Don regarding insulating our new pole barn. We discussed different options, pricing, etc..I provided my name, phone # and email address and was told I would receive a quote 'right away'. Two weeks went by and nothing. Knowing that things do happen, ie. economy is booming, contact info is lost, family emergency arises, etc.., I reinitiated contact with ECI and requested to speak with Don again. I explained the circumstances to the woman who answered the phone and was told that Don was on another line presently, and that she would make certain he received my message and would be giving me a call back. That was approximately two more weeks ago and still no call. I just don't understand.My biggest issue is I gave ECI the benefit of the doubt and called them back, and still no response?? It's not like I was asking about a couple rolls of insulation for a hundred bucks. This is a significant investment costing 5-10k. I felt confident following our initial conversation and now that is all gone. Being a prior business owner myself I believe it is the owner's responsibility to know what's going on within their organization. Like with any business, you are only as strong as your weakest link. With the local economy (construction) as busy as it continues to be, you don't need my business. But that's not the point and you already know that.

Collin and Quinn did an outstanding job insulating our attic spaces. They took great care to ensure that our house was left dust-free. Collin was able to maneuver in a very tight space to install ductwork to vent our bathroom fan to the outside. It’s a comfort to know that our attic is now properly insulated.

Did a friends house but forgot to seal up the ridge. Caused major roof damage and now my friend has to replace her 4 year old roof and sheathing. ECI is not taking responsibility for their mistake.

Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end! I had ECI spray their closed cell foam into my shop. In fact I have a youtube video "BASF Spraytite 178 Closed Cell Spray Foam Review" describing and briefly showing the process. Doug at ECI is excellent. Described the whole process. They helped mask down my shop and then they sprayed it very thick. The insulation difference is unlike anything you've ever experienced. It's like being inside a thermus. I no longer have to heat nor cool the building. That's right, it's a zero energy building. People ask me how can it be so cool here in the summer and so warm in the winter. I tell them about ECI and BASF Spraytite. With spray foams you do want to stay out of the building for two weeks due to curing and odor. After that you can't smell anything. The foam is very hard, not spongey and actually stiffens the building. I'll have them spray anything else I build on the property, I am fully impressed with it.
