I couldn’t be happier with Total Home Solutions. They swapped out appliances for us and updated some electrical. Absolutely phenomenal service. They answer their phones and if they can’t, they will call back very soon. No ridiculous wait times for service like others. Super professional and overall incredible service!

Total Home Solutions is amazing. Ryan and his crew are about the nicest people you will ever meet. They made and installed custom event cabinets for our brand new facility. We couldn't be any happier with our shelves. It's actually a little unbelievable how nice they are. And they are all super nice and funny which always helps!

Total Home Solutions really does it all! I was referred to them for several small remodeling jobs we needed in our kitchen. Ryan was easy to communicate with and promptly returned phone calls or texts. His crew showed up on time every day, treated my home and things with care and were extremely polite. All of their work was done to my satisfaction. They also took time to clean up after themselves! In addition, I had issues with some other sub contractors and Ryan helped take care of things for me. We were referred to Total Home Solutions by the appliance dealer that sold us the panel ready dishwasher. Total Home Solutions communicated very well. They showed up at the appointed time. The installation went smoothly. The 2 installers were very careful not to damage anything.They had to remove the old dishwasher and the panel. The installed new dishwasher using the original panel looks much better than the original installation, which was not aligned properly. Very happy with the whole process.

I will start by saying that the THS guys are awesome, they did our floors and they did a great job. The sub contractors that THS uses are awful and when I sent Ryan an email about their work he said he would send someone to fix it and I never heard back from him again. Our countertops were not sealed all the way and we have yellowing, the painted cabinets are chipping and the paint wipes off when I clean them with a damp rag, our glass tile is hazy from the grout that wasn't fully wiped off and we have piles of grout and tile spacer behind the stove that from the backsplash installation. Again, Ryan's THS guys are awesome but it is too bad subs did most of the work, they are not good and Ryan doesn't stand behind their work (5 stars for THS guys, 1 star for the subs and unfortunately the subs did most of the work on our remodel).Service: Remodeling

The name says it all Total Home Solutions. Ryan Freitas (owner) and his wife Melissa (office Manager) , Lead Carpenter Danny Eagles and Carpenter Matt Cavin can handle any project you can imagine. I had DL Drury custom make kitchen cabinets for my home. If you ever have had a major remodel project you might know it at times can be hard to find a contractor to do the work. Leigh-Anne the manager of DL Drury custom cabinets referred Ryan Freitas to me for the install of my custom cabinets. I live in Prineville Oregon and Ryan lives in Bend Oregon. I was thinking to myself I doubt Ryan would want to travel all the way from Bend for two weeks and put in my cabinets everyday. I contacted Ryan and he was more than willing to travel over and get the job done. He said customers are the reason he loves doing this work. He said if I say no I would have lost a customer. No matter how big or little the job is Ryan and His team of seasoned professionals at Total Home Solutions will find the solution to solving it. This was one of my best experiences with a contracting business. Ryan and his crew are thoughtful,, respectful, clean up after themselves and truly go the extra mile everyday. I will always contract Ryan to make my home into the home of my dreams. It takes someone with the right solutions to make that happen and Ryan totally knows how.Service: Remodeling

Our fridge stopped working overnight and our property manager hired Total Home Solutions to replace it with a new one. THS managed to pick up the new one, get it installed and hauled away the old one all in about 2 hours on a Friday evening so we could have a working fridge before the weekend. Really grateful for their prompt and empathetic service. Anton, the guy who did the install, was lovely and friendly.
