I called webfoot to get a quote for siding while in the process of purchasing my childhood home from my dad. They were very understanding about the amount of time it would take to get the money to them for the deposit and I loved that! They even honored the quote awhile after they gave it to me! I was in contact with them a few times before work began and everyone I talked to in that process was very nice, and I appreciate the way I was treated. When work began I was in contact with the crew leader Matt, and he was awesome! Walked me through everything and was very helpful and friendly through the whole process! Before work began, I was worried about our thirty year old deck and how it was going to hold up during the process of getting new siding. They built supports for it and made sure the deck my dad and grandpa built 30 years ago would be just fine during the work and I couldn’t be happier with it. During the work, I could tell these guys knew what they were doing and the finished project looks great! I couldn’t be happier with the communication, quality, and the genuine effort that was put into my new home. I talked to most of the guys that worked on my house and I was treated like a good friend, not just a customer. They saved me a ton of time and headaches. If I can, I will use webfoot in the future. After having the exterior of our house painted summer of '23, but not by Webfoot as they unfortunately were so backlogged that they couldn't even provide us with a reasonable date to receive an estimate, we got on their email list and received a "25% off Christmas in July", which required us to utilize their services during the Dec 1 through Jan 31 timeframe, but book and put 30% down with them in July to receive 25% off the estimate. Sounded like a good deal on paper but we were curious if they would inflate their estimate to offset the 25% off. As it turned out, Webfoot was the first company to give us an estimate, and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost to paint our Oak kitchen cabinets. We then brought in two more painting contractors, one being a smaller family run business, and the other a medium sized. In the end, Webfoot came in roughly 50% lower than two other Bend competitors. I even shared Webfoot's rough estimate with the smaller family run business and was told they couldn't reduce their estimate to anywhere near Webfoot's. We chatted with several neighbors who had used Webfoot in the past and felt assured they would do a good job.Webfoot allowed us to choose which date we wanted them to start, so we chose Jan 15th. We were given a time estimate of 3 to 4 days, and in the end, it took 4 days. The team of Josh, Lucas, and Austin were exceptional. They were diligent, professional, always on time, thorough, and friendly. We were almost sad to see them go as we really enjoyed chatting with them over the 4 days. And because of the specific paint we wanted them to use (Benjamin Moore Advanced - highly rated via internet professional painters) which had a cure time of 16 hours, that is what extended the painting from 3 to 4 days. Our biggest regret is that we didn't get our cabinets redone years earlier, after now seeing how the kitchen has been transformed at a relatively modest cost. We have zero concerns in recommending Webfoot to anyone based off of this one experience. And for any interior paint job that you might be able to delay having the job done until Dec - Jan, the 25% off deal I assume is an annual marketing tool of theirs to keep their teams busy over the winter, so keep that in mind as it helped us pull the trigger on moving forward with them.

Webfoot did an excellent job on my home. They redesigned and replaced all of the decks with Trex. What started as a house painting project and deck refinish evolved into a complete rebuilding of our decks due to the discovery of dryrot in the beams below the 30+ year old cedar deck. We had very clear timelines for the first phase of the project leading up to our departure to be with family for Christmas and the arrival of a new baby in the family. Aaron, Nathan, Greg and Team worked diligently leading up to the demolition and rebuilding of the decks on the front of the house. We chose to go with the Trex ( Composite) and metal railings to avoid further dryrot and issues that occurred over the past 30 years. We were there for daily decisions and ended up not only rebuilding the main deck and stairs but the hot tub and lower decks to match. We still have more to go with the front stairway and back deck and painting this spring and summer but the crew was super great to work with, we knew they would be there every day and hit the timelines we needed. Aaron is a great communicator and he leads a very hard working team that gets stuff done. The only day that did not work was when it snowed about 9 inches and the deckboards were to be put on so we agreed to wait a couple of days. We look forward to getting the work complete this summer and the decks and painting bringing quality and value to the home for years to come.

My husband and I recently remodeled the interior of our metal pole barn/ shop which included, among other things, adding foam insulation and flooring. The final phase of this project was to bring in a contractor to protect our concrete floor. We chose to reach out to Webfoot Concrete Coatings to learn about their coating process and understand our options. Weston was immediately responsive to our inquiry and worked with us to schedule a time to visit our property. He was very pleasant and highly professional to work with and took time to answer our questions and explain the cost estimate.Eight months later when we were ready to tackle the flooring, we choose to go with Webfoot CC because of the positive experience we had with Weston and the reasonable price of the project. The entire scheduling process was wonderful and because we ended up installing our coating in winter, we were fortunate to be scheduled quickly. Dillon and Cole arrived on time and completed the job within the original projected time frame. While installing our flooring they encountered a corner of our concrete that had been damaged due to years of wear and tear. They did an amazing job of repairing the floor such that once the coatings were applied, you could not even tell there was ever a chunk of concrete missing! Both gentlemen were very professional and pleasant and worked hard to get the job done right.My husband and I are very happy that we invested in protecting our concrete floor and would highly recommend Webfoot Concrete Coatings for anyone considering doing something similar. The project also comes with a limited lifetime warranty which makes our investment decision feel even better. We are very happy with the final outcome and feel that our beautiful flooring ties our whole remodel project together. We will definitely consider exploring other home repair services with Webfoot for future projects based on our positive experience with this team.

I absolutely love this flooring! Weston (Design Consultant) provided me with answers to all my questions. Not that there were many after the very informative video and presentation. Kasey (scheduler) placed me on the calendar based upon my schedule. Dillion (crew leader) and crew member were On The Ball! From beginning to end, they checked all the boxes. Scott (supervisor) joined the crew after the floor was prepped. All three did a wonderful job. The floor coating is a fantastic addition to our home. I would recommend WebFoot all week long and twice on Sunday. Keep up the great work!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful job the Webfoot crew did in refinishing our 30 year old wrap-around cedar deck! I was reassured from the initial meeting with Chuck Hendricks, the estimator, that they would take pride in all the detail prep required. And Wow!…did they…The morning they were to begin we woke up to snow! I expected a call to reschedule but instead at 8:15 Eric, the Crew Leader showed up with a team of 5 good natured guys who removed all the furniture, planters etc, shoveled the deck and began countersinking All the screws. The next two days they sanded, much of it needed to be done by hand. 2 days later they stained and a couple days after they cheerfully came back to place all the furniture and planters and even the bird feeders…exactly where they were before! Thank you all for an amazing transformation of our deck!

Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Scott L. and Eric M. were wonderful. Very polite, professional and hard working. Made sure we were happy with the job before they left. Eric took great pains to get the work just right. And Scott was willing to climb an 18 foot ladder in our great room to pull cell shades down and also wiped hand prints off the glass. Both of these guys are very good painters. So yes, I'd recommend this team without reservations. Sure made our walls and trim look so much better. Our original new build paint job 4 years ago was not good but now what a wonderful difference. I'm so relieved to have had the work done by such attentive guys.

We had our kitchen cabinets painted. No easy job and it can be pretty messy. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, or for a better crew. Victor led his team throughout the process. I had Webfoot paint the exterior of my house and redo the finish and stain on the deck. Great bunch of folks all around. The on-site crews were all a hoot to chat with and all did there jobs with skill and professionalism. The office staff are also great and somehow made writing those big ole checks a little less painful. Round two they are I'm sure going to again be great, while helping me repair damage caused by a roofing company. If any other projects arise in my life Webfoot will be the only call I will make. We hired Webfoot to paint a portion of our drywall surfaces. After previewing the process, they suggested various paint finishes, and went over the expected time frame. They started by putting down floor protection and masking all edges. All small holes or other defects were sealed, and after two coats the walls looked so clean and shiny. The finished walls and ceilings really enhanced the rooms and hallways. They finished when promised and did a excellent job of cleaning up all the areas where they worked. I would definitely use their services again.

I had the best experience with having my guest bathroom painted. We had a problem, our paint had “broken” and it looked like our walls were weeping. Not a great look to have your guests use😬. Eddie came in and cleaned up the walls, primed and painted them. He even took the paint in to be color matched for me as I didn’t have a swatch. The appointment was made for the same week and he even removed things off the wall and returned them without me asking. I am so appreciative that I don’t have to tell people we don’t have a ghost living in the walls of the bathroom anymore. It looks great and took WAY less time if I was to do it. Webfoot was able to schedule my appointment around my very tight schedule. They showed up on time, wearing a mask for my safety and theirs. I had a bid for the job by the time they left. There was no pressure sales involved at all. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I had an email within an hour with all of the details that we had discussed. I was able to schedule the job with the exact time frames I needed. The flooring was installed on time and the crew was very professional and neat. Cleaned up after themselves. After sustaining water damage to our house we were disappointed by the work done by our contractor’s painters. We decided to take matters into our own hands and called in Webfoot.Having used them before we knew they would do excellent work. True to form, our estimator, Ryan Smetzler, explained the work that needed to be done in a detailed manner we readily understood, and the crew, led by Arturo Rodriguez, followed through quickly and thoroughly, always making sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Once again, Webfoot set the standard for customer service, professionalism, and excellence. Our only regret is that we did not call upon them sooner.
