(best of 3 estimates) He worked to fit us into his schedule the next week. His two man crew arrived on time, were polite and professional and did a quality job. Mark was easy to work with on scheduling and with payment upon completion. They also provide a 2 year warranty should I not be satisfied in the future. I hired Expert Property Maintenance to:1. Clean the Moss and Algae from the roof of my house and detached carport2. Clean out the gutters and make sure the down spouts were cleared of debris, on the house and detached carport3. To permanently remove the gutter screens in certain designated areas around the house4. Pressure wash the driveway up to the carport, sidewalks to the house and in front of the driveway.The projects I hired the crew to do was done well. However, I was not told by Mark, to expect the amount of debris from the roof tiles that was clinging to the side of the house and left to remain on both front and back decks. Additionally, the individual who was using a machine like a floor buffer to clean the surface of the driveway, made no attempt to clean the splatter of mud and other debris off the new fence when he was finished.The crew had everything they used put away and the trucks were idling and ready to leave before I was asked to come and do a final walk around. I knew they would be very unhappy to take down everything they would need to wash off the sides of the house, decks and scrub down the fence to get all the mud/debris off. Sunset was not far off.I called Mark the following day to discuss my dissatisfaction with the cleanup especially for the price of the project. Mark did offer to send the crew back out to rectify the situation. If they didn't observe there was an issue the first time, why have them return for a second look.I gave this company three stars for their lack of attention to cleanup at the end of the project.It has not been 30 days since their service date so I have yet to determine if the down spouts are obstructed with the rest of the material that came off the roof tiles.

Start to finish this was an excellent experience. Estimate and contract was completed in one day with a schedule set up for the following week. Work began (and ended) on the day promised. The two man crew were very professional and did a great job on the roof and gutters as well as the cleanup. There was a very thick moss growth on the roof but now it looks like I have a new roof.

The team removed moss off the roof and treated against future growth. Plus they guarantee the works for two years. What was more impressive was that they solved a really tricky gutter drainage issue to get the gutters to flow properly. They went the extra mile to ensure the gutters worked well and the property was cleaned up beautifully. We will be working with them again and recommending to neighbors.

We were not sure who to get to clean our gutters but needed a company that was insured, bonded, and had good ratings. We were more than pleased with the quick response to our inquiry (less than 2 hours) and their excellent customer service. There was some confusion about what to do with some extra debris from the job and Marc stepped up and took care of it. Very satisfied with the work. And I have high gutters. The team arrived on the day scheduled and washed the (large) home exterior, concrete and asphalt driveways, concrete and epoxy pebble sidewalks, and skylights - big job! Special attention was paid to the areas where the condition was poor and washed those very carefully to minimize damage. They were happy to go back and clean small areas that had been overlooked. Great attitude by all team members. I would use EPM again for another project.

Last heavy rainfall we had a waterfall coming down in front of the door onto the back porch. I found these guys on Angi and they gave me a bid right away that sounded fair. I didn't want one of those companies that was going to try to sell me one of those leaf filter systems. I wanted a local company who would do the work and keep the money in the community. They showed up when promised, went right to work, were very efficient and from all the stuff they blew out, very effective. They cleaned in all up and went on their way. We haven't had the acid test yet of a heavy rain, but I'm confident we're past waterfalls.
