I'm so glad Rich Rayburn Roofing bid my roof! The owners hold themselves to super high standards and it also shows in the work ethic of their crew. The crew arrived early in morning and worked diligently and hard all day. Before leaving the work site each day, they cleaned around the perimeter of the house. Months before, I watched them reroof my neighbors home and was impressed. Also, my other neighbor (a contractor) trusts them completely so I knew Rayburn earned their reputation. After the roof was completed, I had a few questions about it and they answered my questions so I understood completely. If you are looking for a reputable roofer, this is the roofer to get. I contacted Rich Rayburn Roofing. From the beginning of the conversation, the Receptionist told me they were busy, BUT she would fill out a REPAIR TICKET and once a job is finished early, someone will come out to our house and do the repair. I said that we were in no rush, but would like it done before the rainy weather hits during late fall, early winter. She said that the repair should be done way before that time.Well, today is Monday and is less than a week that I call Rich Rayburn Roofing and (2 Guys) Derick and his helper came out to repair a few shingles that were blown off from our roof. I am highly impressed with this Company because they took my info, did a great job and did it quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!Just to let you all know that I did call quite a few Roofing Companies last week just for a small repair on our roof. One Roofing Company that I spoke with before calling Rich Rayburn Roofing basically told me that they could not help us on any type of repair because they are completely booked solid on jobs. Worked for Jon out of roseburg after i had moved to the area. Brought my own tools to the jobsite.. after 3 straight days of being called off for rain, i never heard back from Jon. After multiple attempts to contact him to get my tools back, i received no response.Jon didnt seem very confident in his workers and had to babysit them the whole time. As soon as he left it was a different atmosphere. His crew showed little respect for the bussiness and the homeowner.

We are very glad we chose Rich Rayburn Roofing for our house project. Ours was a second story roof tear-off and then new shingles. The roofers worked quickly and completed the job in two days. Their knowledge and experience were noticeable and the new roof looks great. They were also very polite which seemed like a bonus. I was looking for a company to redo the roof on a 1930's house that hadn't had a new one put on in probably 20 years or more. Multiple places of rot, and additions that had been married in poorly over the years. They came out and quoted an estimate involving that and were friendly and professional even though I knew basically nothing and had to ask a lot of questions about what all what they were saying meant. Talked to me, not through me which means a lot! Asked them do the gutters as well, which brought the price up understandably but the new roof is better than I could have hoped for. The lifetime warranty, and peace of mind that it's not going to leak or have to be redone in three to five years due to corners being cut is worth every penny. The crews came in on time, and every day before leaving made sure to clean up like they weren't here. The whole tear down and replacement took very little time and they made sure to ask questions about different places throughout the job on what I'd want done for the few repairs that were needed. They actually started work and arrived earlier than expected. The office communication was great. The two man crew that started the job were very amicable and went out of their way to answer my questions. They assured me that they’d be able to complete the work by end of day. Two more roofers arrived and work really moved along. Rich (jr) was very skilled and it was just a pleasure to speak with and to watch him interact with the rest of the crew, he and ALL on this crew were respectful and diligent in keeping me informed. Hired them to replace roof. Upon completion roof leaked around chimney- never had leaking in 40+ yrs - since home was built. They said “nothing they could do”……very unsatisfactory- would NOT recommend.

I live in a coastal high wind area. I did some research, spoke with Owens Corning, visited my local lumber yard that carries roofing materials, then spoke with Rich. His long experience in the roofing business really helped me decide the best roof for my house. His young men arrived on time and worked long days until my roof was completed. Derick, who was in charge, was wonderful. He answered my questions, showed me the safety precautions in place, and kept a positive work atmosphere on the job. A few neighbors even came to watch commenting on the good job they were doing. I also had new gutters installed with gutter guards. The gutter man was also very helpful. When he came with the gutter guards I had picked out and I saw they were made in China, he said he’d take them back and helped me pick out guards made in USA. In all I am very happy with my new roof and thank everyone at Rich Rayburn Roofing for doing a great job!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Their work is very high quality. The crew that worked here we're very professional they cleaned up all messages at the end of every day. I was impressed with their work ethics. I also noticed that they were very safety oriented they were always connected to a safety line while on the roof last but not least out of five bids they were the lowest. Complimented some of there employees awhile back on a job they did for a neighbor on her roof of her house & asked 1 of them if they do any work on travel trailers. They quoted a price that seemed nice to me & told me to call them when i would be willing to get it done. I called them & they told me they would get back with me. Waited all day & got no call back. Called them the next day to just find out that they wouldn't do the work for me. To me that is bad business & would never refer anyone to this business.

Took several phone calls to actually get a date scheduled but once we did the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They went above and beyond and worked extra in order to get the job done before the rains came in. Roofing looks great and it is a huge relief to know we won't have to worry about it again! The crew was polite and friendly. Would recommend to other flat roofs in our neighborhood.

This is the 2nd roof Rich Rayburn Roofing has done for me. On both roofs, they removed all decayed wood and replaced it with new wood, all covered in the original quote. From start to finish was only two days on both roofs. Cleanup was perfect just like the rest of their work! I will highly recommend this company to everyone.

I had some roof problems that led to dry rot in a corner of my house. They showed me where the problems arose and then gave me a very good price for repairs. I now have a lifetime roof!peace of mind!Update: we finished the other section of roofing the house this year. I have recieved many complements from the neighbors.I love the lifetime warranty and peace of mind having a low maintenance roof.The workers were very courteous, and willing to answer all of our answers.
