We hired Center Brothers Aug 2012 to replace our roof, repair all rotten wood, install skylight and sun tubs. It leaked within the 1st winter. We call every year and was told we weren't keeping it clean enough. 2017 when we called, he stated he was no longer in the roofing business. We were on the roof monthly blowing the roof, cleaning the gutters and putting moss treatment on it yearly. 2022 we had a roofing company come out it took them till Nov 2023 to finally realize they had to replace the whole west side of the roof, replace rotten wood and roof cap. $8K and 11 years later (for new roofer) we finally have a water free home.
