When we decided to renovate our office space, we reached out to NW Precision Design for architectural plans. NW Precision Design suggested meeting with BnK Construction. From the initial meeting with BnK Construction, we were impressed with their professionalism and communication. They worked with us to pick out the interiors and communicated with us during the permitting process.When the permit was finally approved, Jeff Smith was assigned as Superintendent of the project. Jeff was experienced and understood the construction process well. I have used BnK now on several commercial projects. Todd and Rick, both are owners; they are responsive, smart, solve problems and respond very quickly. BnK has completed 3 projects now for my company. They always make the schedule, inform me of cost overages and find solutions in a tough sub contractor market. I worked directly as the Portland Plaza HOA Board of Directors liaison to BNK during our building's common area interior remodeling project, which has just completed. I cannot recommend highly enough the competent professionals that make up BNK Construction. From the owner, Rick, to our project manager and supervisor, this team was extremely efficient, ethical, and responsive to our needs from the very beginning. A condominium with 144 units, and 250 owners (clients!) coming and going is one of the most challenging work environments as a GC. They handled this complex balancing act with integrity and class. I cant say enough good things about BNK Construction! Rick Shandy and Bryan Barrus were an exceptional team. I learned things do not always go as planned with construction/tenant improvement projects but their creative problem solving skills helped make this as smooth as possible. The end result can be seen at The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Tigard, the restaurant is amazing thanks to BNK. Bryan Barrus was invaluable to our project.
